Great exercise to add in to your total body workout 💪
Today’s workout was an awesome lower body home workout!🤪
🔹Warm up: 1km jog/run
🔹2 rounds of the lower body circuit
🔸single leg RDL (no weight? Find a heavy object at home to hold)
🔸crab walks (option:banded)
🔸wall sit (option: single leg)
🔸hamstring curl (pieces of paper under heels)
🔸glute bridge (option:banded)
30 SECONDS ON/10 SECONDS OFF
* Performing each exercise twice before moving to the next station
* Do as many rounds as you want 🙃
🔸plank (hi-5 partner, or wall) x20
🔸side prone pulses x20 (each side)
* 3 or 4 rounds
My legs ...I use to take great pride in them but nowadays I just can’t stand staying the same have you ever felt that way ? Well I do and now I come in the gym wanting to get everything on my body to its peak, so I have a great physique... There is always something to improve even in your greatest talent or Gift ✊🏾 .

Try keeping all parts of your back in contact with the wall, same goes for both arms. Moving them up & down while keeping contact as much as possible to the wall for a minute. Trying to be aware of all body parts is key!

Testing some 2-rep maxes to set up the training! Haven’t squatted in a year and damn it felt good to have some ‘heavy’ weight on my back again💪🏻 keeping the sumo deadlifts going. Have definitely lost a lot of strength. 305lbs for squat and 335lbs for deadlifts!
Strength will come back but I’m not too worried about being the strongest guy in the gym. I’m looking to be the most jacked! Got 3-4 years to add some serious muscle and come back and kick some ass on the bodybuilding stage!

HOWEVER, as much as we all have these days... there is nothing in the weights area or anywhere else in the gym for you to fear. you don’t have to go heavy, you don’t have to copy every girl on insta, and you don’t have to guess. grab a PT, ask them for a quick induction, quickly check your form, etc - everyone starts somewhere! the weights are as much yours as they are the wannabe Schwarzenegger’s next to you ✌🏼happy thursday loves 💕

Día 20: Toco arriba y abajo 10, Puente de glúteos 10, Puente de puntillas 10, Sentadilla abierta 10 X4; Con esto queda concluida la tercer semana de este reto, el trabajo ha sido muy bueno lo de el vídeo es la última serie donde en el primer ejercicio ya no utilicé la mancuernas pues mis brazos están hechos pedazos y en las primeras series hacía la mitad bien y luego hacía ele ejercicio todo mal por eso a partir de la tercera serie mejor dejé la mancuerna, no tiene caso estar haciendo mal las cosas, para los dos siguientes ejercicios he utilizado la barra sin problema alguno y ya para el último de nuevo con la mancuerna, ha salido muy bien peor ahora sí a descansar esos glúteos, ¿Vieron a Maiden? 😍😂😂😂 ¡¡ÁNIMOS!! ✌✊✋.

You ARE capable....Ok let’s talk perseverance📈🧗🏼♀️ In all aspects. In the gym. In your schoolwork, career, etc. When things get hard, do you give up, or do you keep going? Do you let it beat you and end up forfeiting?🤷🏼♀️ Or do you not let any barrier keep you from reaching your goals?
I was thinking about this yesterday when completing a set of 15 reps of bicep curls. I was on rep 10 and was dying because I increased the weight this week. Part of me wanted to take a 5 second break and then finish the last 5 reps. I was tired, my muscles were aching. The lactic acid build up was REAL😱
But then something happened in my mind where a switch flicked and I said “No, you have 5 more reps in you. Do them”💪🏼
I sucked it up and finished those reps. I think that it’s in these moments where progress is really made. Because sure I quite might have waited a few seconds break and then finished my reps, but I pushed through and stuck it out.
A lot of times we discount ourselves saying we aren’t capable of doing certain things, when in reality...we ARE CAPABLE! 💪🏼🙌🏻 The next time you find yourself doubting yourself and your abilities, think back to this post💕 You DO have what it takes.
