Late post 🤷🏼‍♀️ oops haha leg day two days ago with my boyfriend @rutcal09 then the day after we helped @tombaughjennifer move 😂💀 I wanted to do hip thrusts but I forgot my bar bell pad at home (again 😅) so I improvised with the leg extension machine. The seat is non-adjustable and I wasn’t a fan of the weight digging into my belly, but I did get a great booty burn out of it 🔥 Two PR’s on deadlifts; 155x5 and 165x2 (I could’ve done 3 reps but I stopped. Dang it!) Not on video, but I also did some glute focused pulse squats, bulgarian split squats, curtsy lunges, seated hamstring curls and calf raises. REDUCE CELLULITE and/or lean out your legs with these three sequences 🙋🏽‍♀️tag a friend who would dare to try this killer circuit (you can even do it with a friend-starting on separate exercises and alternating!) Try this circuit for 3 ROUNDS 1️⃣deadmills super set with body weight squats (3 rounds of 20 second deadmills and 8 squats)- these are sprints that challenge the muscle by pushing against the resistance of the treadmill, and tightens up the legs! I do these when I’m really feeling like my legs need to get tighter, but I do them sparingly (you’ll see why when you try them out 😏) 2️⃣toe raps (40/side) - pick your feet up, opposite arm opposite leg. Create a good pace and keep your core tight  3️⃣yoga ball hamstring curls with hip hinge (20)- keep your hips high, don’t let them drop during the pull in (to target the hamstrings), and do your hip hinge at the top. BREATHE but keep your core tight! . . . My transformation!! This was only a year ago!! I am around the same weight but now have a lot more muscle in my legs and arms. The first picture was when I first started working out, I went to the gym and just did a bunch of random workouts, I didn’t lift heavy, and I didn’t really know what I was doing. 2/3 Voici les réponses! 1️⃣ Non! Le surentraînement existe et peut nuire à votre récupération musculaire, vous évitant de bâtir du muscle! Trop parfois, c’est comme pas assez! • 2️⃣ OH OUI! 🤯 Dans la jeunesse, sa peut ne pas paraître avec les habits, mais lassez moi vous dire que la situation changera avec le temps. • 3️⃣ Vrai et Faux- oui la génétique joue un jeu la dedans- certaines seront juste naturellement blessed ! Mais on PEUX changer l’allure de nos fesses! Je vous raconterai mon histoire là dessus bientôt 🤗 • 4️⃣ Non et re-non! Les deadlifts et les hip thrusts sont supers effectifs! Il y a BEAUCOUP d’autres exercices que le squat pour bâtir un booty. Il suffit de bien les exécuter pour avoir une brûlure et un engorgement musculaire maximal! • 5️⃣ Sa, c’est très difficile. Pis pourtant, le 3/4 des filles sont dans cette situation et prient pour l’apparition soudaine de leurs fesses! Les fesses sont un des plus gros muscles de votre corps et sont sollicités à chaque jour pour marcher- elles nécessitent BEAUCOUP de; temps, d’entraînement, d’énergie (surplus calorique!) et de poids lourds pour changer. • 6️⃣ Pas vraiment, pas au niveau des fesses... Vous allez peut-être perdre du gras qui les rendrons plus visibles et donnera l’illusion que vous avez bâti du muscle et les sentir plus dures dû au sang engorgé dans vos muscles pendant les workouts (et le raquage), mais bâtir ses fessiers se fait sur le LONG RUN! • 7️⃣ Oui! Puisqu’une prise de masse muscu se fait en surplus calorique et que le cardio brûle des calories, cela peu changer la donne. C’est important d’incorporer toujours de l’exercice cardio-vasculaire pour une bonne santé et mobilité, mais essayez de prioriser le HIIT au lieu du Steady-State sur une longue plage de temps pour ne pas gruger votre énergie dans vos gains musculaires. 💚 #HBJ
My first ever client 🤩 ———————— How to start going to the gym?!🤷🏼‍♀️ ⠀ If you’re a beginner, the gym can be a scary place. I also felt really uncomfortable at first because I wasn’t sure what to do exactly and if I am doing it correctly 🤔 Especially when it’s crowded and everybody is looking at you (that’s what i thought at least) 😳🤦🏼‍♀️ It is important to get at least an introduction to the machines from a gym instructor but a better option is to start with a personal trainer. That’s what I did and it really made feel more confident🤘🏼 I also recommend sticking to machines rather than free weights at the beginning. You cant go too wrong with machines😉
