كلم بروكسل ٦/٧ عدد
گل كلم ٢ پيمانه
نخود ابگوشتي كنسروي ١ عدد ( يا نخود پخته ٢ پيمانه )
روغن زيتون به مقدار لازم
آوكادو ١ عدد
سير ٢ حبه
گشنيز ٢/٣ ق غ خوري
ليمو تازه ٣ ق غ خوري
زيره ١ ق چ
نمك ب مقدار لازم
پاپريكا ب مقدار لازم
فلفل سياه ب مقدار لازم
خُب اول فر رو گرم ميكنيم با درجه حرارت ١٨٠ (بسته ب فرتون دماي فر رو كم و يا زياد كنيد 🤗) 🤗
كلم بروكسل و گل كلم رو ميشوريم و به اندازه دلخواه خُرد ميكنيم .
نخود ها رو هم تو صافي آب اضافيش رو ميگيريم ، همه رو تو سيني فر ميچينيم و روغن زيتون و نمك و پاپريكا و فلفل سياه ميزنيم به مدت ٢٠ تا ٣٠ دقيقه توي فر قرار ميديم .
تا سبزيجاتمون رُست ميشن ميريم سُسمون رو درست ميكنيم .🤗😋😊😘
براي سُسِ روي سالاد 👇🏻
آوكادو+سير+گشنيز+آب ليمو+روغن زيتون + نمك+فلفل +زيره و در صورت لازم چند قاشق آب اضافه ميكنيم و همه رو تو مخلوط كن مخلوط ميكنيم . .
وقتي سبزيجاتمون اماده شد سُسِ رو روش ميريزيم و نوش جان ميكنيم . .
اگه دوست داشتيد سرد باشه ميتونيد به مدت ١ ساعت توي يخچال بزاريد بمونه . .

People ask me all the time if my kids eat what I make. I would say 90% of the time they don’t. Definitely a successful night when they don’t eat something from the freezer!! Tonight’s dinner was green lentil soup and polenta fries. I was shocked that my kids liked the Indian spices in the soup.

Unwrap the polenta and cut into fry/wedge shape. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with Pam. Lay out the polenta fries and spray with olive oil or drizzle with olive oil and gently coat the fries. Arrange the fries on the pan so they don’t touch. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Bake on 450 for about 45 minutes or until crispy. Make sure you turn over the fries halfway through.

Lentil soup is one of my favourite soups. It is something I almost evrytime want when visiting a Turkish restaurant, where it is always on the menu.
At restaurants, if there was one Dal that I would never order, it was this Dal. I have never been a fan of black lentils or whole urad dal. When dining with friends, all would want to order Maa ki Dal and I would just shake my head NO. I somehow never really liked the taste Maa ki Dal or Black Lentils Dal back then. Homemade Hearty Vegan Lentil soup hit the spot tonight! Glad Sean found an easy recipe and decided to make it tonight. Loaded with spices, carrots, golden potatoes, celery, diced tomatoes, spinach and green lentils. One bowl fills you up! Served with a side of whole wheat sourdough bread. It was delicious! 👌
At the beginning of every week, I make a menu chart on my white board where I chart out what we will eat throughout the day. This acts like a vision board for me plus I know exactly what to buy at the grocery store. Being vegetarian, I need to make sure that we are getting enough protein in our diet. So I incorporate dishes that help me with that. For example, I always include a Dal recipe for the week. I always try to make a new Dal dish every week so that it doesn't get monotonous to make or eat Dal every week. For this week too, I am trying a new recipe today. More on that on my stories. Does anyone else have children that are picky eaters? My daughter has never been able to bite into an onion in any food. The odd thing about it is that I can puree the onion and add spice 🔥 to the meal and she loves it! 😃 ❤️ The spicier🔥 I make food the better. 👉 RECIPE FOR TUSCAN LENTIL SOUP:
1. 1 1/2 cups red lentils picked over and washed
2. 1/2 large onion pureed
3. 3 cloves garlic chopped
4. 3 carrots diced
5. 1 cubanelle pepper chopped
6. 1 1/2 Tbsp paprika
7. 1/2 Tbsp all purpose seasoning
8. 1/3 tsp red pepper 🌶️ flakes 🔥
9. 2 bay leaves🌿
10. 1 can diced tomatoes🍅
11. 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
12. 2 low sodium vegetable boullion
13. 1 tsp dried basil 🌿
14. 1/2 tsp dried oregano 🌿
15. 1 tsp Himalayan salt 🧂
17. 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
18. 4 cups filtered water
19. 2 Tbsp fresh lemon 🍋 juice
20. 3 cups chopped beet greens 🌿
21. In pressure cooker saute onion and garlic in oil until onion is translucent
22. Add carrots, cubanelle pepper and saute until it softens. Add a pinch of salt
23. Add paprika, bay leaves🌿, red chili pepper 🌶️ flakes 🔥, and all purpose seasoning and saute for 1 minute
24. Add boullion cubes, basil 🌿, oregano 🌿, water, salt and pepper
25. Cook under high pressure for 8 minutes with natural pressure release
26. Add lemon, beet greens 🌿. Stir to wilt
27. Serve with fresh herbs if desired and enjoy!...
