Summer solstice: the day the Earth gets full concentration of the sun's beams! Who else is excited? 🌤 #summersolstice
Something I ate the past few days got me checked into a hospital for the first time. All I was doing was comparing my stay in a hospital rom to that of a hotel room, and I’ve come to a conclusion: Hospital rooms can be as therapeutic as a hotel rooms. I enjoyed my stay, got pampered, watched tons of TV and ate in bed.
One’s destination is never a place, but always a new way of seeing things.
I love the rain how it softens the outline things, the world become sotfly blurred and i feel like i melt right into it #caliamike
1) My heart smiles with each new experience that makes the world get a little bit smaller, and a feel little bit more connected.
2) These bubbles were the best $1.50 ever spent. We’ve taken these kids to lots of hot places and have given bubble vendors business all over the world. But bubble contraptions ALWAYS end in tears (and I’m 100% done contributing to the world’s disposable plastic epidemic). So we paid the bubble vendor to make bubbles for our kids instead. Win, win.
3) Tropical city travel with kids is hard. And after 30 days of pretty non stop travel, we’re all pretty tired.
keep on smiling and spreading happiness 😀 !
I love you with all the madness in my soul #caliamike

The traditional purpose of the rings was to achieve the ideal beauty, an elongated neck. Though the coils actually don’t make the neck longer, it compresses the shoulder blades, pushing them down which gives the appearance of an elongated neck.
All the ladies were most gracious about posing for photos and even helping to put a faux set of rings around my neck. And in return, I supported their stores by purchasing their goods, though I never felt obligated to do so. 🇹🇭 🙏
