Although I practice a flexible diet, which allows me to make macros swaps and enjoy “normal” 🙄 foods, I can promise you that 90% of my intake are wholesome foods and lots of greens! I sweat a lot, drink A LOT of water, get more sleep and still supplement this diet with @nutrabio
vitamins and supplements. High bioavailability in their entire line! 🔝
Today’s carotenoid (antioxidants which include alpha carotene, beta carotene, and beta cryptoxanthin) scan proved that the fruits of my labor (of love) to keep this body healthy are not in vain. 🙌🏽
The average American (non smoker) scores in the orange, 20k-29k! 😐
I even shocked myself with my own scan score of 74k. Basically “off the chart” shown here. Swipe ➡️ Which goes beyond blue into the gray zone or “the best” levels, which top out at 89k. My score was highest the rep has ever seen (highest prior to me was in the 50k range). 🔥 Yay for #health
One alarming issue is elementary children, when tested, were in the red zone 🤭. Somethings wrong there!
I HATE hearing a parent give a child something processed or “unhealthy” because “It’s all they’ll eat.” Or “That’s for junior. I don’t eat that.” WTF? But you’ll feed it to your kid?! Children are the future, and in YOUR CARE! 🤦🏼♀️ #mindboggling
