Thoughts on fruity ice cream flavors?
True story: I totally thought fruit ruined ice cream until I made this Cherry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (with roasted cherries, mind you) and it COMPLETELY changed the game. This is summer in an ice cream and it’s killer 🙌🏼.

A: That shit works!!! Muscle + fat loss, maybe your sanity, maybe some social fun, hanger arguments, but yep it’s true, YOU WILL LOSE “WEIGHT” if that’s your only concern. Weight loss is inevitable without forklifts of junk, processed food, mindless eating, etc. ⠀
