Accepting pain was the most powerful lesson
With years of back pain from wrong posture when editing videos day in and day out, sitting and meditating for hours and hours was such a challenge!
First it was physical but then it really got into a game for the mind.
Then slowly day after day, you realized it is simply just a sensation and that accepting it and being okay with the pain, reduced the feeling so much.
Then turning that into your thoughts and emotions that you have daily, you also realise it is simply a reaction, a sensation and you can move on from tough situations much quicker and also avoid reacting and instead observe and therefore make a better and more compassionate choice to whatever you are faced with.
