Morning Motivation : You Must Prioritise The 4 Key Foundational Habits Daily
Whether you like having habits and routines or not they are a necessity if you are to experience success and fulfillment in life. There are 4 key foundational Habits you must prioritize daily :
1. Mindset : Your mind is the control tower and ultimately will determine how your life will pan out. It’s important every day to have positive Mindfeed - listening/watching/reading positive self growth material. It’s also important to work on positive thoughts to counteract the thousands of negative ones you’ll have. We also live in a very negative media driven world that damages your mindset so we must counteract this daily. Limit your exposure to any media.
2. Exercise : Exercising isn’t just about getting your dream but as it’s so much more than that. Exercise stimulates both mind and body. It leads to endorphin release so its impossible not to feel happier after a workout. Exercise is also the best stress reliever there is and loosens the body. Exercise creates more confidence and happiness.
3. Nutrition : what you put in your mouth impacts both internally and externally. If you put crap in then you can’t expect your body to work optimally. Your body needs good quality nutrition just like a car needs petrol. Also your brain consumes 20% of the calories you consume so the type of calories will have huge impact on your mood, focus, decisions, memory and concentration.
4. Sleep : the time you spend sleeping is crucial as it’s when your body gets to recover, regenerate and recharge. If this doesn’t happen then you won’t progress as well as feeling lethargic all the time. It’s about quality not quantity and there’s strategies to ensure quality.
So from today focus on and prioritize the 4 key foundational Habits daily. You will experience immediate improvement in many areas of your life.
