🍉 So, it’s official! 🍉
I’ve done all the research, studied, and I’ve decided to go vegan. I’ve been vegan for about a week now.
It’s not true that your body needs dairy and meat. Why do you guys think that 65% of the world is lactose intolerant? It’s because we aren’t supposed to be drinking milk from cows that are realistically designed for their baby calves, not for humans.
If I want milk, I either drink almond, cashew, or pea milk. And let me tell you, it’s effing delicious.
And if you guys want the same protein that’s in dairy and meat, eat fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, legumes, peas, lentils, beans, etc. I could go on. I’ve never looked or felt as healthy as I am today.
My overall science experiment becoming vegan has so far been a success. No more acne, and my hormones are balanced af.
I’ll be sharing my fitness and vegan journey along with some more science experiments through my stories for those who are interested. And I hope to add more fitness and vegan food into my feed.
; because I’m being the change I wish to see in the world. And before you ask someone why they are vegan, ask yourself why you’re not.
