The pace of nature is patience. While we are slaving in the hustle of this life, it is the nature that's evolving patiently, secretly indulged in flourishing itself, enduring all odds of each season and coming out strong. There are lessons in it to learn from. You can't speed up a phase in life. Be it growth, loss, or pain. The only way to transcend it is through. And holding onto patience gives all the strength that you need in the time of growth. A humble seed toughens up to sprout its roots, the roots expand enough so that adequate water is sucked up to boost the shoot against the gravity, the shoot breaks away the shackles of soil and extends upwards towards the light. Isn't it hard work? The wisdom of nature is beyond comprehension.
A walk in the path of the fields teach you some grave lessons about life and humility. There’s something so beautiful about a tree that has stood the test of time and continues to thrive for years and years. The stronger, the taller, the firmer the tree is, the more extended, expanded and widened the roots will be. And this pretty much sums up the laws of this life. The law of humility. In the process of reaching out to the sky, seeking the light, staying true to one's roots, having a spiritual connection with Allah swt is so crucial. Imagine if a tree didn’t have deep roots then as it grows taller it would become top heavy and would fall in a strong wind, crumbles by its own weight. What a perfect picture of the life of a believer. When your roots go deep in the faith you have in Him there’s no opportunity for the external things to get to you, just like a tree with deep roots is unaffected by strong winds, fierce rain and tumultuous storms. So hold onto Him. The only anchor in the storms of change
