Do 13 sets of each exercise starting with 13 reps and dropping one rep for every set until you reach 1 rep.
E.g sets/reps 13,12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.😱
Try to add weight to each set if you can and
challenge yourself with a 13 second isometric hold at the end of each set.
Body squats or weighted squats.
Pull ups or weighted pull downs.
Push-ups or weighted chest presses.
Down dog push-ups or weighted overhead presses.
Bicep curls superset to Tricep kickbacks.
13x13 Sit Ups.
