Down 25 lbs and 7% body fat in 10 weeks 💪🏼😊 Post multiple shoulder injuries, I was cleared for physical activity in April, got back in the gym working out 6 days a week, and got my diet back on track. I won the 6 week Transformation Challenge at @xfwoodbury
and have just kept going! I’m even continually building up my shoulder strength after injury with no pain. I am now stronger than I ever have been before! I was scared to post these photos after how much I had gained, but looking back I am just proud of the work I’ve put in between PT, lifting, and Q CrossFit-like cardio. Do 13 sets of each exercise starting with 13 reps and dropping one rep for every set until you reach 1 rep.
E.g sets/reps 13,12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.😱
Try to add weight to each set if you can and
challenge yourself with a 13 second isometric hold at the end of each set.
Body squats or weighted squats.
Pull ups or weighted pull downs.
Push-ups or weighted chest presses.
Down dog push-ups or weighted overhead presses.
Bicep curls superset to Tricep kickbacks.
13x13 Sit Ups.

✅Think about this 🤔, if you make exercise a task or something you need to “get out of the way”, it becomes part of your to-do list. We al know a to-do list doesn’t belong on vacation. However, if you make exercise part of your lifestyle, it becomes part of YOU. It becomes part of who you are. Now it’s not a burden but a more enjoyable part of your health. ..
✅✅I encourage all of you to not use vacation as an excuse to “take a break from exercise”. Vacation should be a break from stressful life, problems, and current situations. If exercise is part of your lifestyle like eating is or drinking water is, then you can take it with you wherever you go! ..
