Even though I have been doing my regular workouts, sometimes days can go by as I am busy doing Mom and work stuff that staying on track everyday can been a challenge.
Once a certain amount of days pass (3 nor more for me) Excuses start to creep in, You know them, I’ll get back on track when…”I feel more motivated”, or, “when the weather is better” or even, “when I have more time to myself or help around the house.” OR the all-time favorite “I will start January 1!" I'm going to be SUPER REAL for a moment…There is no “RIGHT TIME”. Actually, there is…its NOW!
I've told myself every excuse in the book when it comes to getting started (or re-started) on my goals and let me say from experience, it only takes 5 days of consistent movement to get that feeling of needing to keep going, to get that rush of endorphins from exercising.
