My legs hired a chauffer today because they didn't feel like driving.
At least my upper body showed up and still hit all 8 reps with 180lbs.
Wasn’t completely sure if I would hit this goal, but I made it! This lifestyle showed me how badly I was neglecting my body. I’m not a genius or did anything super creative or revolutionary, I just decided to care and keep track of what was going into my body. Seeing my food macros broken down helped add goals for each meal. Those meal goals turned into to daily goals, weekly goals, monthly goals, and now I hit my biggest goal yet! Thank you to all of those who supported me and helped me through this transformation. I’m not done yet and refuse to settle for good when great is achievable! #eatbetter #liftharder #healthylifestyle
