Pass nr 1 avklarat 💪🏼. En 2a på 80kg i bänken kändes så sjukt bra, floorpress, hantelpressar, latsdrag osv stod på schemat idag.
I may not post my workouts every time I do them, but you can be sure that I AM doing them...at LEAST 5 times a week. Doing the 22 Minutes Hard Corps program has given me the extra time in my day to add in a run on non-cardio workout days, too...which I'm LOVING!!! 🏃♀️
So far, I've "only" lost 4 pounds and 1/2 inch off my waist since last Monday. However; my pace and my distance on my run is slowly improving, and I'm DEFINITELY feeling stronger!!! 💪
Slow progress is STILL progress...so I'm gonna keep going until I reach my goals!!! 👊😎

So many people think my wellness groups are ONLY for those who have no prior experience with health and fitness, or only those who need extra support and accountability — as if they don’t see me following along right along with everyone else (AND seeing mad progress) month after month. 🤔 .
Yeah, I used to think I didn’t “need” any of that either. I knew what I was doing, I had plenty of resources to utilize, I was comfortable with where I was at.. But then what’s that thing they say about comfort zones..? So I got over myself 🤪 and decided to really see what this whole online community was all about. And the craziest thing happened — it changed my whole freaking life. 🤯 .
Not only did I start to see way more progress in my physical goals (surprise surprise) but I also learned so much about myself, so far beyond the surface of “health and wellness.” I started to recognize how closely the things I put into my body reflected the way I felt, the health of my skin, my gut, my mental clarity, my mood.
I had NO idea how good I could really feel.
And I don’t know about you but I think we can ALL benefit from an exclusive crew thats sole purpose is to pump you up and show you love everyday. 🤷🏼♀️ .
All I’m saying is..when I see an opportunity to learn, grow, or improve in some way — or even just something that will make my life a little easier.. I take it. And I run with that MFer 💃🏼👋🏼✌🏼
DAY 2 ✔️ Back + biceps today and dayummm. Lifting heavier is kicking my butt 💪🏼 Of course I want to be safe and use proper from but also be able to push my limits, so I started heavier today and had to drop down in weight to finish the workout.
Before I had an online gym with the top personal trainers I knew NOTHING about form. Now I realize how important is it! Proper form is important obvi so you don’t hurt yourself, but also to get the correct results.
I’ve learned so much more from my online gym + gotten WAYY better results than I ever did from going to an actual gym. —

Not feeling the work thing today... I’ve had a lot on my mind these days and a lot of big decisions that I just haven’t been able to make just yet. Makes it hard to focus on the tasks at hand. Which also perpetuates the feelings of anxiety that are already fighting to overtake my whole day.
I know I post a lot about my gym time these days, and a lot of people wonder how I always manage to find the time to work out. To be honest, I have to make the time. I have an endless list of to-do items, and someone ALWAYS needs something from me. But days like today, these are the days that remind me why I make the time to go. Because the only time I feel completely in control of my life is when I’m in the gym. It’s just me and the iron. I control how much I lift. I know that in order to lift at my full potential, my head has to be in the right place. It’s during this time that I get to escape the racing thoughts and only focus on making shit happen. Sure, I also spend some time cleaning up my head space. But I’m only able to do that because my stress is down and I can relax enough to focus. I process through my crap while I work. I notice a drastic change in my mood and mental state when I miss too many days in the gym.
For me, exercise isn’t about getting physically healthier and looking better. It’s also about managing my stress and taking care of my mental health. It’s my time to learn to love myself.

It’s been such an incredible feeling waking up sore for the past few days. I can feel the old me in there and I’m slowly going to get back to feeling strong again. I’m in no rush though and I am going to take my time with weights until I feel comfortable again. Class is about to start, bye! 👋🏼
I haven’t posted a lot of training footage lately cause I’m not even close to where I actually wanna be and training is definitely not fun or fancy right now. Sometimes other things in life are just a little bit more important. But I’m looking forward to compete again and just have fun with my new team next saturday.

- this facility is freaking nuts! I couldn't even get half of it in a single video and there's a cafe attached?!?? I'll try better next session, swear!
