D A Y 1️⃣8️⃣ in 🇦🇺 & everybody loves Sydney Harbour ❤️ the sun‘s for free and the fun‘s for free ☀️😎
We were doing some serious travel planning last night. We have a few new types of travels planned for this year. We’re still doing our usual sun seeking too but I’m very excited to watch the #2019travel
plans unfold. Fingers crossed.
Seeing as we turned up without the appropriate attire for proper sledging 🛷 (she’s wearing tights over leggings in -2 deg C 😬) - this was the next best alternative!
Love the “funny guys” (self-styled) and their matching hats!
A recap of my favourite things about Reims.... the Cathedral and Champagne!! 👍🏼
The city is generally lovely with so much great architecture and fab restaurants. We can heartily recommend Copain Comme Cochon, where we turned up after 8pm on a Friday with the two small children for a quick steak 🥩😬😋
After a full day, what a way to end it. The views from Te Mata Peak are amazing and the walking tracks around it are too - though we didn't get to explore the track much as the kids were too excited and we were worried they'd run right off the cliff - these walks are beautiful but maybe leave the kids behind next time 😂 to really enjoy the beauty of this place ❤️
And his travel, life, daily essentials are...a pair of goggles. He’s worn them around the shops, to watch telly and of course in the bath. The best £2.50 we’ve spent.
Beautiful crisp winter morning ... I wanted to go for a walk outdoors, the kids only have one place in mind .. KUBE @kube.frb
- our awesome “cultural” centre with slides, a climbing wall, a library and many other kid friendly things to do.. Kindle and coffee moment for me then - not complaining 😉
Another cathedral, another crisp sunny winter day... but we’re in Reims, France! There are two key reasons to come to Reims, the Notre Dame Cathedral where Kings of France were crowned for over a thousand years until 1825, and CHAMPAGNE 🍾, the main city in the champagne region where all the top producers have caves (cellars) 😋 We were equally as excited about both 🥂
I’m stood staring at this photo not knowing what to write. I don’t feel like I have the words tonight. I don’t have a poignant quote to quote you or anything witty of self deprecating about my day to share. I don’t want to whinge about how I’ve hated getting up at 5 everyday with either of my children or how I wish we were somewhere else where the sun shines brighter right now. I think I’ll just look at this picture and admire it for what it is, or was. I could loose myself for just a little bit staring at the sea. That sea with my very own enjoying being in it. It’s a nice thing to look at and to think about, nothing more or nothing less.
Exploring the castle side of Prague is fascinating. It is spread out over a large area with some great museums, churches and shops.
The view from the top of the castle hill is breathtaking and well worth the steps up.
Precious times back in the day when we could spend all our time together. Full time travel both ruined me and uplifted me in many other ways. Hard to explain.. The most cherished thing of all is the unlimited quality time we had together.. Full time travel is on the cards again in the not too distant future .. stay tuned .. no it doesn’t mean another baby 😂..
“ It's been four years since our first visit in Rome... which was before having a Baby so it seems more like 4 centuries ago... Anyway back then we were very disappointed with all the Di Trevi constructions going on so this time we were extremely happy to see it's all renovated already and also so magical because empty at 7 am “ ~ from the adorable @boxes_on_tour
, can you guys please come and style me ? 😍🤗 tag #travelmadfam

She was cooler than me two. But she is part of me, so I’m at least part cool. Uh-huh.
Anxiously anticipating all of the surroundings we will have the pleasure to see out this window soon. 🧡
What's outside your window today?
Another one from a trip to Spain in February. Look we did manage to paddle our feet on the sea. She LOVED it. There is a link in bio as to whether Spain in February is worth it. We have travel plans for this February but sadly not Spain. Do you have travel plans for February?
Back at home after our first little road trip as a family of four 👨👩👧👧💗 It wasn't always easy (Aliza caught a flu right before we left and Aya very much dislikes being in her car seat) but it was so worth it! Beautiful memories created with these precious princesses and little travellers 🥰
*Funniest part of this winter getaway*: Hubby was in charge of packing the ski gear 🎿 - he forgot to pack Aliza's snow pants (!!!) but remembered (and I mean like rushed back in the house right before we hit the road) to bring tons of chocolate lol 🍫🏃#priorities
🤔 Can anyone else relate to their sweet hubby being responsible for 5% of the packing yet still forgetting one of THE most important items? 😂❤️
