: Hi-frequency Morning Routine
Hey guys, I’d love to hear what are your go-to-morning habits/routines that sets you up for the day? I am putting up a new goal to adapting to a hi-frequency, positive energy morning routine. Experts says, it takes 21 days to create a new habit.
Since the new year I have been testing out a few morning habits that I feel most happy with. I find that my body clock seems more comfortable with early to rise - early to bed routine (which is kind of a tough luck as our work takes us to shooting quite a lot of evening shoots). But being up extra earlier in the day gives me time to write my journal and set intentions for the day and I feel I have more clarity throughout the day.
Added to journaling is to drink my tonic or detox water, putting up an uplifting/good energy music, reading a page from my favourite book of all time (so much so that I named my son to its author Napoleon Hill), going to the gym, personal prep and be at work all before 9am.
