Another weekend, another flush in the books. This one was number 18.
Please read my prior posts on these flushes for more information, but to make a long story short, they have turned my health around and by extension, saved my life.
This one brought with it more nausea than I would have liked, leading to me vomiting up some lovely acidic grapefruit juice at 5 a.m., but this happens very rarely (I think I've only thrown up three out of 18 times, so a pretty decent track record). Thankfully, all those years of hangovers desensitized me to throwing up lol.
This is the first time I've passed anything like the stringy looking things in my 3rd and 4th pictures. My dear friend who introduced me to these flushes noted they might be parasites or broken down mucus.
I was taking a #drmorse
herbal formula called GI Broom, which is meant to sweep your intestines, so perhaps that's what caused these stringy things to be passed. Regardless, I'm always happy to get any sort of gunk out of my body, so I'm happy with my results.

Why not share the embarrassing pic? 😝 Yesterday I took some time for self care after waking up early to get my daughter to a volleyball tryout and then doing some shopping with her. I covered my grays with Henna mixed with black tea, made a simple face mask with bentonite clay and a had a nice soak in a tub full of epsom salts with coconut oil. Self care doesn’t have to be full of fragrances, artificial colors, sulfates, ammonia (in hair color) and hormone disrupting chemicals. My castor oil packs from this week have helped to lift some of my fatigue, brain fog and bloat so I want to keep it clean. Hands-On Liver Flushing Technique .
Hold your hand over where your liver is. It’s located on your right side just below your last rib and goes across your upper abdomen area (the right upper quadrant). Press your hand there, not too forcefully to where it hurts. “All along three are wake up pressure points for your liver.” You can even Visualize breathing white light into your liver. Do this daily for 5 minutes if you can. Even just a little bit will help to give your liver a boost. It works so very hard for you. Now it’s time to give it the love and attention it needs. .

Fun fact! You can add frozen cauliflower to your smoothies (without really affecting the taste at all).
