FITNESS APPRECIATION 🙏🏻
Since early February, I’ve been going to the gym almost 3 to 5 times a week, the only exception being when I was sick or not in the city of The Hague 👊🏻
The original reason why I decided to go so obsessively was to be able to release as much stress as possible because this semester has been the busiest semester of my life. With thesis due, classes and moving to a new country amongst the general activities of everyday life, I needed a form of stress release that was also good for my body.
The gym, and more specifically @fitnessav
provided exactly that. It’s an awesome environment to work out in and I recommend it to anybody in The Hague. The equipment is easy to use and the staff are incredibly friendly, supportive and will help you out and offer guidance. 😉 ————————————

who were the most amazing gym coaches I could ever have. Both of them provided support, guidance and motivation when I needed it most and never stopped believing in me. They pushed me to my limits and always inspired me to give everything I’ve got at every single gym session. My physical and mental improvements could not have been done without them 🙌🏻
Exercising so often allowed me not only to reduce the amount of stress in my life, it increased my focus, reduced my anxieties, increased my confidence about life decisions that before exercising I could not do and I also lost weight. My mind has never been so calm and it has never been so clear.
And also, my grades SKYROCKETED! This semester has been my best semester on record and I have never achieved such a high grades on a consistent basis before in my life 💪🏻
I’ve also never felt so happy in my life. My increased confidence and reduced stress levels have allowed me to welcome the upcoming adventures with open arms and inspire me even more to #DoMore
. I welcome new challenges in life and I look at them from completely different perspectives now. 😇
