Haven’t posted too many training vids.... just got my mind in the game. Although I feel totally not right. But the challenge was accept so to the goal we continue.
Just because you’re in a deficit with calories, in prep, etc etc doesn’t mean you should change your training. #loads
May be lighter (I actually squatted today, heavy- for me- sets of 3). Felt good. I moved well and enjoyed the challenge.
You actually CAN build strength in a deficit and should never stop trying to get to the BIG goals, even when little goals pop up.
I enjoy working with bands so much. This was warm up rack pulls, increased u til 8 tough reps. The bands create tension at the top of the lift, less on the lower. Which can be great for building strength if your back kinda sucks like mine, or, if your weak link is the top of your lift.
Use em wisely. Don’t be a dick about it. 😂
