I’ve been dying to make a Tofu Bahn Mi sandwich, but I haven’t been able to find any vegan & gluten-free bread that I like. Instead, I’m doing them taco style! They start with marinated tofu that’s grilled to perfection. Topped with pickled carrots & cucumbers, jalapeno peppers, cilantro & a creamy dressing that has the perfect amount of kick. These will surely make you a happier person! Seeing that tomorrow is #tacothursday
