I think it might be time to get some drawing going,… shake things up a bit, play with mark making and different colours, see what that experience brings to the new painting on the easel.
After a long work week, coupled with challenging workouts everyday — my body craved a deep stretch this morning!
Whether you have 5 min or 30 - take some time to stretch and you’ll feel the benefits like fewer aches and pains all over. It even improves circulation in your body and mind and even gives you a cheerier outlook!

I started out SO stiff for this flow 😱 but no matter how many times I practice, I’m always blown away by how willing my body is to loosen up if I give it the time to stretch, bend, and move. Sometimes stiffness is a huge barrier for me to actually getting up and practicing, but this is a good reminder that it’s no excuse.

Part of my process is working in my art journal. Most of the time I start moving paint around with no care.... This helps me paint loose, so I can experiment with colors and materials. Write down thoughts and ramble on and on.....try it, I think you will like it! #artjournal
