DO YOU WASTE YOUR MENTAL ENERGY?
Yesterday I spoke about unfollowing social media accounts that bring you negative emotions. Today is something similar and that’s about wasting mental energy on things you can do nothing about -
Hey, I get it. I was like you too. I remember in school when I was very overweight, there was this one kid who only ate junk food basically. I used to see him devour candy bars at least 3 times a day. You know what? He was skinny as hell and I was like, ‘that’s so unfair’
Here’s the thing, which I didn’t logically think about back then. Whilst his genetics maybe played a part, he was an excellent cross country runner who ran every day. So now, thinking about it from a calories in vs calories out point of view, of course he never put on weight. On the flip side, there was me who spent 4 hours on the computer every evening after school, devouring packs of biscuits, crisps and then 3 helpings of dinner. There’s always a reason 🍪 -
We all know people like this in our lives, but you can’t change that and getting annoyed or jealous of them, isn’t going to help with your weight loss! Focus on yourself, your daily habits and your goals and don’t waste mental energy on things you can’t control. Agree?

Sleep is no less important than training and nutrition and yet very few people actually get enough sleep on a consistent basis
Do yourself a favor and starting giving sleep the attention it needs and your body will thank you for it,not only will it improve your results in the gym but also outside of the gym

This is life, and we all have circumstance.
The deciding factor on your success is if you let your circumstances become your excuse.
When you make excuses, you are taking all accountability off yourself.
When you finally decide to hold yourself accountable you won't let your circumstances be the deciding factor of your success or failure. You'll just naturally make adjustments with the best situation possible.

Tuesday’s full body HIIT! You know you love them 😍 Slightly different than normal, do each box 3 x through before moving on. I worked for 30 secs, and rested for 20 secs, but you can do 30/30 especially if you’re a beginner. Get some tunes on and lets see you sweat!!! 💪

Det er utroligt vigtigt for din fremgang, at du nærmer dig en RIR på 1-3 i alle dine øvelser, for at se vedvarende resultater - Naturligvis i kombination med øget volumen og kg på stangen. Men konceptet er vigtigt, da alt for mange stopper en given øvelse med 5-10 (ja nogle 15-20) gentagelser tilbage. Man går glip af rigtige gode gains, når man ikke presser sig selv.
👊🏻Hold dig selv op på, at du til hver træning gerne vil lave rekorder i antal gentagelser og kg, så når du rigtig langt!
