Thanks to Parents That Rock member @clarkj83 for sharing this cute story with us! It’s so awesome when our kids see us climbing and it gives them the courage to do the same! She’ll be leading those routes with you before you know it! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Are you a climbing family looking for likeminded families to get out with? Check out our closed Facebook group for more pictures, stories, advice and to connect with other families!

We made our boot clips because our kids were getting snow in their winter boots as they jumped and crawled around in deep snow.
We're always looking for ways to prevent outside play from being cut short... So this was a parenting win!
Have you had this problem? We're looking for feedback.

This is the not-as-fun side of ski adventures.
Packing up all the gear and equipment, wrestling with ski boots, and taking gloves on and off to make sure everyone is zipped and buttoned up.
We all hate it, really. But the second we get to the chair life, no one cares about all the work to get there. We're just happy to be out there. 🎿 ⛷

Hey guys! It’s been awhile since I’ve shared anything about myself! I love winter! All things winter, snow, hot chocolate, 15 extra blankets, the list goes on! It’s also my time to catch up on Netflix, but let’s be honest, I’ll probably just rewatch The Office for the 80th time. Sure, I can deal without the negative temperatures where your face hurts when you go outside. But there’s just something so cozy about this season! Anyone else share my love of the cold? ❄️ ❄️
Spent a misty morning at the coffee farm, made new friends, rediscovered the local flora and laughed my head off watching zo go crazy happy chasing chickens (her fav thing to do these days) before nap time. I’d say this weekend is off to a good start🤙🏼 Hope everyone’s having a great friday!😊
Stoked bc it’s Friday and the snow is coming down | For all my eastern Oregon people, tonight is the start of Backcountry Festival, put on by the @wallowaavalanchecenter@eou_outdoor_program@eouskiandsnowboard ! Come watch a sick ski film, drink beer, and support the people/programs that keep us safe in the mountains🍻
