***This post is long, but I’m so happy to share it with all of you*** The beauty of every individual is your health only YOU know what’s best! Find what works for you & run wild with it. Before I rarely posted any transformations on my personal account or beginning of my fitness page. Same goes for when I competed in Martial Arts. I hosted a Power of Wellness group the I discussed the beauty of fitness & nutrition. I expressed how our wellness is deeper than those two aspects. It’s about our mind, self-love & discovery, personal development, devotions, and more. I talker about my struggles & with weight. I’m 4’10 I competed at 100-107 in both BJJ & Judo. I grew up Vegetarian, but tried all avenues as I did struggle with nutrition. Even tried nutritional programs (shown below one 80D to a new one) Being in Israel for Judo I was more Plant Base & felt the best in Nutrition & my training! When I got home a lot happened in my personal life, I stopped training (will go back to an academy I feel Safe at), nutrition wasn’t great either. Recently had many intolerances, lil allergies, had trials with food, but finally back on track solely Plant Base!
Being a Coach changed my life & I’m here to show you why! Im not even done my 80 Day program, but I’m damn proud of how far I’ve come without being on the mats for Martial Arts. I went from being at my lowest mentally to feeling myself again before any trauma happened. My heart is grateful that coaching landed in my lap. I always loved helping and healing other, but I first had to heal myself. I believe in you are passionate about a career either thats in a corporate office, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, etc than chase your vision.
