🥕 The one pictured is a vegan platter (I made a few duplicates too) so I could highlight to my guest that anything from this platter they could feel comfortable eating as it fits in with their dietary pattern.

Let me share; it prevents cardiovascular disease, prevents constipation, controls blood sugar levels, reduces cancer risk, reduces hypertension, is a rich source of magnesium which nourishes the body’s proper use of glucose and insulin secretion, supports weight loss, enhances immune response to disease, protects skin, etc. Let’s eat healthy and be healthy. My fav is “Saffola masala oats-Italian flavour”. I’ve tried almost all flavours; and the most I love is Italian and then Veggie twist flavour.
