Tried a weight loss plan and failed? Put more on than you lost? I see this allll the time. And it’s because nearly 95% of the time, they’re too restrictive. I always make plans that leave room for (at least) one or two cheat meals per weekend, or 1 whole day - within reason 😏
By doing this, it creates a realistic and enjoyable way to lose weight. And when it’s enjoyable, it will be repeated ✔️ That’s my aim.
If we restrict ourselves too much, it sets up the wrong behaviours. For weight maintenance, it’s pretty much the same as weight loss - you still have to try as hard as you do to lose weight to maintain it! I definitely do... In my life, the weekends are always a time to be a bit more “relaxed” - just like I teach you 😊. Through the week, bread doesn’t often feature, but on the weekend, I definitely enjoy slightly higher carb meals and that’s totally ok. Your metabolism also loves it if you do this.. if you stay too low calorie or too low carb for 7 days a week, ongoing, it will slow down.
This bread is by far the best bloat free one that I’ve found on the market. @strangegrainsglutenfreebakery
