! ☀ It's a gorgeous day here, and it happens to be my weigh-ins day! It's been 1 week since my last weigh-in, and 5 days since I started drinking #ketocoffee
. Since May I've been unsuccessfully trying to lose the 70lbs I gained while pregnant and on bedrest. I haven't had much success for many reasons, a lot of those reasons being lack of self control. I love food, and it gives me so much comfort. Usually, the more carbs, the more comfort 😒 It's been a stressful week and I've definitely eaten things I shouldn't have 🍪 My walks have been good, but no where near the level of intensity as I was able to accomplish before getting pregnant.
Before getting on the scale I noticed that my stomach felt less bloated, so I was nervous yet optimistic. Down 3lbs! What?! I'm in shock! I was imagining a plateau given the stress and carbs, but as long as the number goes ⬇️ I am happy! Especially since I haven't seen the number move in my favour for 3 weeks!
