The hubs and I taste tested some chocolate tonight! Since the beginning of this journey last January, I have pretty much always had 2 squares of @lindtexcellence
90% chocolate every night. It wasn't great in the beginning, but as my taste buds adapted to a reduced sugar diet, I have grown to appreciate the taste. It is sweet enough to satisfy my sweet tooth and bitter enough that I am satisfied and dont crave more sweets after eating it. Also, the ingredients are clean; no artificial sweeteners, no sugar alcohols, and no added fiber.
That said, I saw Lindt has a new blend, 78% and I also saw this 100% @pacari_chocolate

bar is 6g net carbs per serving, or 2g net per square and was delicious, but a tad sweet for me and I wanted another square after. It would be perfect for someone just starting out and adjusting to reduced sugar! .
The 100% @pacarichocolate
was really good; better than I expected. It was very similar to the 90% bar. The last time I tried a 100% was very early in my journey and it was a difficult eat. It is 4g net carbs for the entire bar. I found this @londondrugs
