Omelette: 4 eggs, 4 slices of white deli american cheese, spinach, a leftover burger, and some homemade hot turkey Italian sausage.
Now, real talk: Made myself this giant omelette this morning because I am just so done with everything right now and I needed to eat something the size of my head. Living with #pmdd
means a solid week or more of my month is complete dysophoric garbage. I tried to start another extended fast today but just can't. Luckily I've lived through this enough times that I know in a few more days I'll be happy again and have ALL THE ENERGY and be able to do ALL THE THINGS! But for now, I eat like a bear and hibernate and try to at least be a semi-decent human being to my family until the storm passes. The trick is to keep the eating lower carb and full of micronutrients, which is a challenge in itself right now because I just want to eat cookies and die *deep breath*. "This too shall pass" and I'll be back on point in a couple of days 👌. Wish me luck and send all the prayers and good juju you can 💚💚 . Finally figuring out how to keep the other 2-3 weeks of my month in check has been one of the major keys to my success this year, and was a huge struggle to learn, but I'm happy to say that a few lbs up on the scale no longer scares me because when I'm feeling better (which I know I will be) those lbs and then some will take care of themselves.
