“Papas” con Chorizo made with diced chayote instead of potatoes 👌🏽😋 For those of you that don’t know, chayote is a member of the gourd family - it’s low in carbs and full of vitamins. I always peel mine and remove the core before I cook it ✌🏽 Chayote & red radishes have to be my favorite “keto” substitutes for potato. Note that I say SUBSTITUTE.. I’m a @lowcarbho

I am all about easing your way into this lifestyle, as it can be tricky & get overwhelming. So now that I got back into routine of drinking my ketones daily, & cutting out carbs (bread, pasta, high carb fruits) I am FULLY READY to begin starting a full Keto diet!! Let’s talk INSECURITIES. I was going to airbrush the cellulite off my legs in this photo and then I had a few thoughts...
1️⃣ When I see people in real life there is no magic air brushing machine for my self considered “flaws”, so why portray that on social media, when in real life you can’t fake what’s there?
2️⃣ Why do I feel the need to have to do this? Yes I have ALWAYS had an issue with cellulite from when I was very overweight to my very lowest weight to my healthy weight right now- it’s part of me at this point, so why not accept it rather than “hide it” for the brief five seconds someone looks at my photo?
3️⃣ Everyone sees flaws on themselves, you don’t always know why they do, but they do. Because for real- who really looked right at my cellulite? I would hope you just looked at the whole photo and thought “ wow I wish I was on a walk in the park right now, maybe I’ll go on one later”. Accepting myself for who I am, what I look like, and presenting the real unfiltered me will always be a vulnerable task, but it’s therapeutic and something that helps me grow as a person.
My challenge to YOU is to ROCK THOSE SHORTS, wear that tank top, or put on a crop top and be the real YOU, because it’s SUMMER and HOT out. ☀️

Cinnamon Roll Fat Bombs
Fat Bomb INGREDIENTS 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup crunchy almond butter or, for nut-free, No-Sugar-Added SunButter Sunflower Butter
1/2 cup sweetener 2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tsp no calorie sweetener
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 In a mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, mix all fat bomb ingredients until well-combined. Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes.
2 Line plate with parchment paper. Remove mixing bowl from refrigerator and form mixture into balls. Set fat bombs atop parchment-lined plate. Harden fat bombs in freezer for 45 minutes.
3 For frosting, using an electric mixer in a small bowl, mix together all ingredients until fully incorporated.
4 Remove fat bombs from freezer and frost. Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 350
Mix all together:
2 lb 80/20 gb
1 cup almond flour
Garlic, pink salt, pepper, any preferred seasonings
1/2 cup raos marinara
Top with a little extra marinara before baking!
bake for about an hour!
-Light heavy cream
-Two pumps- SF cinnamon dolce
I rarely get Starbucks because it's way too expensive. (In my opinion)

). I couldn’t be without my close friends, family and boyfriend who have taken their time to educate themselves for me. People may think it’s silly to celebrate having diabetes but I celebrate friendship, growth, strength and support, technology, medication and education. It’s tiring being an organ 24/7 so treat yo self. So insulin up! 😂😂 Cheers to six years and may our health improve and a cure be near!

Stopped in my hometown on the way to Gatlinburg to drop our dogs off with my parents. We decided to eat lunch at my fav local burger place and I got a bunless double cheeseburger with bacon, jalapeño, and pimento cheese. So gooood. 😍🍔🧀
