FOR THE SAUCE
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. pickle relish
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1 lb. ground beef
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. butter
4 slices American cheese
12 butterhead lettuce leaves
DIRECTIONS * Make sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, ketchup, pickle relish, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. * Make burgers: Form ground beef into 4 patties; season both sides with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add patties and cook until burgers are seared on the bottom, about 4 minutes. Flip burgers and cook until cooked through to your liking (about 4 minutes for medium), adding cheese during the last minute of cooking. * Assemble burgers: Place cheeseburgers on top of large lettuce leaves and drizzle with special sauce. Top with sliced tomato and another piece of lettuce. -

In honor of a Badger Homecoming win and Brewers NLCS game 7 tonight, time to drink Wisconsinably! Sour or sweet, I'm not judging unless you say whiskey is better...
- A couple ice cubes
- 1/4 tsp orange extract
- Liquid sugar sub
- 1 1/2 fl oz brandy
- A couple dashes of bitters
- A bottle of Grapefruit KeVita Master Brew
- A can of Bucky's Cherry Berry Klarbrunn
- Favorite old fashioned garnish (mine is pickled mushrooms 🍄)
- For sour, 1/2 fl oz lemon juice
The New Old Fashioned - Sweet
Add ice to a lowball glass, then orange extract, a heavy squirt of liquid sugar sub, brandy, and bitters. Stir. Add 3 fl oz of grapefruit kombucha. Top with Klarbrunn, garnish and enjoy!

I just had to share this plate of amazingness with all of you 😍 I’ve been super MIA the last 2 days and i will be this upcoming week. I am in a friends wedding and it’s crunch time so finishing up a few last minute things then we’re all headed up to spend a few days where the wedding is. I can’t tell you how badly i need this mini getaway. It’s also crazy to think about because this wedding was one of the biggest reasons why i changed my lifestyle and really motivated me to accomplish my goals. I ordered my bridesmaid dress a size down so i literally had no choice, i had to loose the weight. Here i am today, with that dress, even with it being a size down i still had to get it taken in 🙈 such an incredible feeling. I cannot wait to show you all pictures of this huge moment in my journey!

I found the sf almond roca syrup at World Market and it has such a good amaretto flavor. (I’m fine-tuning my amaretto sour recipe and it’s almost perfect.) The syrup is also good in coffee and with berry and lemon flavors. Worth $7, easy. For now, here is a simple but flavorful cocktail that is so so good.
The Upsidedown 🕳
2 oz bourbon @bulleit
1 Tbs @torani
sf almond roca syrup
squeeze of lime
Throw a cherry in there if you’ve got carbs to spare, a rambutan if you are all about that garnish.

said I could share the recipe. So here it is:
Pumpkin Spice Donuts
1.5 cups Almond Flour
1 tbsp Coconut Flour
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
2 tbsp Butter
1/3 cup Splenda or Erythritol or your favorite sweetener
3 Large Eggs
7 oz Fresh or Canned Pumpkin
Instructions *In a large mixing bowl combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt and spices. *Mix butter, sweetener, eggs and pumpkin until smooth. *Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients. *Spoon batter into pans. *Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes. *Cool on a wire rack.
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Powdered Sweetener
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions *Melt butter in a small pot over medium heat. *Add powdered sweetener. *Once the sweetener is fully melted, add the heavy whipping cream and vanilla *Stir until it comes to a low boil (About 5 minutes). *Let it boil for one minute. *Remove glaze from heat.
For a thicker glaze, wait at least 45 minutes to apply glaze.
For a thinner glaze, dip each cool donut and allow to dry on a wire rack.

I LOVE Ceviche (Ecuadorian style); but the original recipe calls for a whole lot of ingredients that are NOT on the Keto friendly scale 🙅🏽♀️. So I decided to try and make it ##KetoFriendly
. The hardest part was really trying to get the fats in; traditionally you wouldn’t add THIS much oil to the recipe but it’s needed to make it Keto otherwise you’re going to get a lot of protein and not enough fats.
The recipe makes 4 servings!
1) 12 oz of Extra Small Shrimp 🍤
2) 1/3 of a 14oz can of petite chopped tomatoes
3) 1/2 Cup Sugar Free Ketchup
4) 1 juiced Orange
5) 3/4 of a juiced lime
6) 1/2 an Onion
7) 5 Tablespoons of Avocado Oil.
1) if you didn’t buy fully cooked shrimp then boil the shrimp until they’re nice and pink. If you bought them fully cooked then just put them in boiling water for 30 seconds until they’re warmed.
1a) this step is optional : add water to the onion in a separate bowl with about 1/2 tsp of water and let sit for 10 minutes to get rid of some of that bitterness in the onion.
2) combine all the ingredients and place them in the fridge for 1-2 hours to cool.
The entire recipe yields:
76 grams of Fat
36 grams of Carbs
82 grams of Protein

-3 eggs (preferably pasture-raised)
-1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
-1/8 cup coconut oil, melted
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/4 cup coconut flour, sifted
-2 scoops @weareorganisource
-1/8 tsp baking soda
-Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
-More coconut oil for cooking
Coconut Almond Butter Sauce:
-1 heaping Tbs coconut butter
-1 heaping Tbs runny almond butter
-1 tsp coconut oil
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
-1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1. Make the coconut almond butter sauce by combining coconut butter, almond butter and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwaving for 20-25 seconds to slightly melt. Add the cinnamon and vanilla, mix and set aside.
2. Crack the eggs into a medium mixing bowl and mix. Add the coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
3. Add the coconut flour and collagen peptides and mix until smooth.
4. Add the baking soda and salt and mix lightly. Over-mixing will cause the pancakes to be less fluffy!
5. Melt coconut oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
6. When hot, spoon the batter into the skillet in circles (I got 6). The batter will be more thick than normal pancake batter and there will be some clumps - this is ok!
7. Flip the pancakes when they are browned on the bottom and cook until done.
8. Transfer to a plate and top with the coconut almond sauce and berries.
Keto doesn't have to be just bacon and butter 24/7 😊 these are almond flour biscuits stuffed with roast and cheese. So tasty!
