This right here makes my heart happy. ❤ A quiet and cool morning on the patio with my coffee and the nugget. 😍 I've been making it a priority to take a little bit of time each morning to just absorb the simple things before the day starts. ✌ Doesn't seem like it would have much of an impact on my day but it really does. Remember to take care of your heart, soul and mind on top of taking care of your body. It's so easy to forget just how important that side of you is! 🤗

I kinda fell off the face of the Earth, but I'm back 😊 we took a break from the diet and got super busy with school. But, no excuses for health. Made some eggs Benedict on keto bread with prosciutto and asparagus. First time making hollandaise and it was kind of a fail, tasted good though!

So... I started keto 3 days ago. Before I started I was on a 7 day water fast to prepare myself and get rid of my sugary cravings. I didn’t track calories since I started the 15th of September and I’ve lost around 3kg. Today I’ve decided to try and stick to 2000 calories a day which will be hard due to the high fat low carb diet but we’ll see. This account is for accountability and for me to see my journey in stages. :) I’m not an expert, I’ve done research, I know what to do, how to calculate it, what to look for etc etc so we’ll see how we go. Also I don’t exercise. I walk sometimes but it’s not a daily thing. I started my water fast on 100kg. I lost 7 on the fast, gained 3 then lost 3 since the 15th.
