Late night meal. Greek yogurt, peanut butter, strawberries and dark chocolate. Not perfect as the yogurt and dark chocolate carry some sugar. Overall I'm good though. This week I've been super hungry and sick also #thattimeofthemonth
Update: could only eat half. Still trying to listen to my body and eat intuitively. It's getting easier to not feel the pressure to finish a meal. The urge is still there, but I'm listening to my body better.
