So it’s break from gym day. Was so ready to just pull out the gf waffles and have a care free day, but took the extra 5-10 minutes to make some boiled eggs, gluten free toast, and a banana. I made 24 mini muffins rather than 12 large (bake time was about 18 minutes). https://www.ambitiouskitchen.com/flax-almond-meal-banana-muffins-paleo/ For others who love to bake like me, I recommend browsing her other recipes! Many are low FODMAP and many more that are not low FODMAP as is can be so with very minor modification. Several use small amounts of coconut flour but would otherwise be safe- in the ones I have tried I've used either green banana flour or light buckwheat flour (milder flavor than the dark buckwheat flour) in place of coconut flour and they've turned out well!

Poco tiene que explicar este plato pero os pongo cómo hacer las patatas: Cortar las patatas en trozos y ponerlas en un estuche de silicona con un pelín de agua, aceite y sal. También se pueden poner en un plato hondo o tupper con la típica tapa de microondas. Cocinar unos 5min a máxima temperatura, abrir con cuidado por el vapor y comprobar si están hechas. Importante lo del agua para que queden jugosas. #blogger I had no idea when I started this account and my blog that I would make such an amazing support network - I can honestly say I have made some really good friends who have helped me more than I ever thought was possible. When I started the low Fodmap diet I felt alone as I did not know a single person on the diet but over time and through Instagram I have found other people who also have food intolerances and allergies and understand what I am going through. Repost @foodbetheats This afternoon we were lucky enough to be invited to @aqua_restaurants. Both my husband and I haven’t really eaten a lot for the last week (we’ve had flu) so we were so excited to have some yummy food cooked for us. Aqua has a separate gluten free menu so choosing food was super easy for me. I went for the king prawns, followed by a sirloin steak, and sorbet for dessert. My husband had arancini, followed by pork cheek with creme brûlée to finish. My favourite dish was my steak which was cooked perfectly. However, although I always say that sorbet isn’t a real dessert, I actually really enjoyed my mango and blackcurrant sorbet. My husband’s favourite dish was his arancini which looked so cheesey. We are now both stuffed so are heading back home to lie on the sofa and watch the new series of Call the Midwife. Raw Frozen Strawberry Choc Slice #lowfodmap #vegan #dairyfree As Melbourne appears to be experiencing weather that would have cows producing evaporated milk, I have the ultimate chilled (and thankfully dairy free) dessert. Approx. 257 calories per piece 19.8C, 16.5F, 5.9P INGREDIENTS Base: 2tsp Dessicated coconut 1tbsp LSA 2tsp flaxseed 40g oats 1.5tsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp coconut oil 1tbsp nut butter Filling: 200g frozen strawbs 1tbsp maple syrup Topping: 100g Melted dark choc Mix all the ingredients for the base thoroughly and transfer to a baking paper lined tray. Freeze for 1 hour. Then blend filling ingredients and spread over the base, before freezing for another 2 hours. Then melt some chocolate over the top and freeze again. Half way through the week and I'm loving my overnight oats this week. Making my breakfast the night before makes mornings so much easier it's ready it's prepared and I'm not rushing around trying to make something or trying to think of what I can have so having it prepared means I can sit down eat properly without rushing or stressing what to pick which makes a massive difference to the start of my day and potential IBS symptoms from creaping in and oats are so yummy and good for you and so versatile! Today Ive added mine to some coconut yogurt from @kokodairyfree and @innocent new dairy free milks which I'm loving love the fact they are literally simple ingredients no extra rubbish additives sugar and no weird things that make other milks last for ages (I always wonder what are they putting in long life milk make it last so long?!) Then topped with frozen blueberries (frozen is so much easier means they keep fresh and preparing the night before means they will be defrosted by morning! And sprinkled with some freeze dried strawberries just because I wanted to ! #overnightoats #mealprep #ibs
Good morning everyone! As promised, a super easy and simple pb cookie recipe. Ingredients: 370g peanut butter 2 eggs 155 g sugar Method: Preheat the oven to 160C, lay baking tin with baking paper. Heat peanut butter in a microwave for about 30 seconds to make it slightly warm. Then mix together eggs, sugar and peanut butter. Scoop the mixture with tablespoon onto the tin. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until nice and golden. Be careful, as they can easily burn. Breakfast: muffin integrali con gocce di cioccolato 🍫 • R I C E T T A : 125 gr di farina integrale - 100 gr di farina di riso - 8 gr di lievito per dolci vanigliato - 60 gr di zucchero di canna - 1 uovo - 50 ml di olio di cocco - 250 ml di latte - 100g di cioccolato fondente extra 90% • In una ciotola setacciate le due farine, in un’altra unite lo zucchero, l’uovo, l’olio ed il latte. Mescolate per bene e aggiungeteci le farine setacciate. Infinte il lievito. Mescolate fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso ben amalgamato. Infine aggiungete il cioccolato tritato il piccolo pezzi. Preriscaldate il forno a 180 gradi mentre riempite gli stampini per muffin ed infine fate cuocere per circa 25 minuti. Una volta raffreddati, spalmateci della crema alla nocciola e granella di nocciole per renderli ancora più speciali! SPICY LEMON GRASS BEEF STRIPS 😋😋😋. Here’s a super quick way to cook up some tasty beef strips! Simply toss all of the ingredients onto a baking tray and grill in the oven for 3-4 minutes 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 Serve with rice and vegetables, rice noodles and salad or roll them up in a rice paper roll! The full recipe is below 👇🏽 Enjoy! 😘😘😘 INGREDIENTS 1 packet of grass fed beef strips (approx 400g) 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp hoisin sauce 1 tsp siracha sauce 1 tbsp minced ginger 1 lemon grass stalk (finely chopped) 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp chilli flakes METHOD 1. Heat your oven to 200 degrees celsius. 2. On a lined baking tray, mix all of the ingredients together. Place in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to let all of flavours soak into the beef. 3. Grill beef strips in the oven for 3-4 minutes 👌🏽
