But this deconstructed burrito bowl saves my life and is easy to make and digest. Just ate this ENTIRE salad as a late lunch - I was starving and it was delicious! It’s the Mediterranean Salmon Salad from the British Beer Company - it only took one modification to make it FODMAP friendly which is really good! sKILLin the Monday BLUES with this BLUEberry skillet crumble I made over the weekend. No sugar and grain free! 🤸🏻‍♀️ . Apples are high FODMAP and too acidic for me, so I replace them with berries in my fall baking 🤷🏻‍♀️ this came out so good (and healthy) I ate it for breakfast this morning. All the meals all the feels 💃🏻 . For the filling: 🥧 4 cups blueberries frozen or fresh 🥧 juice and zest of 1/2 lemon 🥧 1.5 tsp vanilla extract 🥧 2 tbsp arrowroot or tapioca starch (to gel it up) . Mix all together and spread into a greased 8”x8” or cast iron skillet. Rinse bowl then mix up topping: . 🥧 1/2 cup almond flour 🥧 1 tbsp coconut flour 🥧 1/4 cup GF rolled oats (omit if paleo/grain free) 🥧 1/4 tsp salt 🥧 1 tsp cinnamon & 1/8 tsp cardamom 🥧 3 tbsp vegan butter (I just discovered @miyokos_kitchen and it’s incredible and limited/pure ingredients!) you can also sub with solid coconut oil or ghee 🥧 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) 👉🏼 always an option to add maple syrup or sweetener to topping or filling, or sprinkle some maple sugar when it’s out of the oven. . Mix topping together until crumbly. Spread over blueberry bottom and bake 350F for 28-30 minutes, until top is brown. Scoop some ice cream on top for optimal results ( i used @coconutbliss !) . Messy bowl Monday comin’ in hot 🔥💁🏼‍♀️...plus a friendly reminder from moi that “good for you food” doesn’t have to be fancy or particularly time consuming often times simplicity wins. Leftovers also happen to = the dreamiest thing ever especially on a busy Monday. This lady 🙋🏼‍♀️ threw bestover sautéed veg from the weekend (transported back from wine country via this tupp) along with the rice that remained from a batch we made on Sunday along with a Low FODMAP portion of canned, rinsed garbanzos in a pan with some water (pro tip for bringing leftover rice back to life), threw it back in the tupp (to save water + time washing more dishes), and garnished with the usually #nowheyladygoesayurvedic bowl suspects. In 2016 I got super fed up with the cost of Rifaximin for treating SIBO in the United States. I wrote,⠀ ✨⠀ "I have been trying to investigate why Rifaximin is so expensive. my basic ✨ SOUFFLÉ ✨3 ingredients ONLY 😊breakfast RECIPE ❤️ 2 eggs ~ separated 1 tbsp brandy pinch of salt ✨ preheat oven to 200C. whisk egg whites until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl whisk together the egg yolks and brandy. use a metal spoon to fold through egg whites. heat a skillet over medium heat. Add 1tsp/tbsp ghee/coconut oil. When heated add batter to skillet cook for one minute. place in oven for 8 minutes. serve with lemon juice and raw organic sugar ~ hot raspberry sauce ~ ghee or whatever you like ☺️❤️ I do hope you have a really lovely Tuesday ✨ take care X

HIIII I am back from the dead! I’ve been incredibly m.i.a. recently due to fall break 🍁 here at USC - my fam and I all met up at Disneyland in California, and I was incredibly disconnected from this page & all my foodie friends while I was busy eating monte cristos and churros all week long 😉🤤 Anyway, I’m back at school now and finding myself in the most stressful week ever with absolutely no groceries whatsoever, so I’m sharing the most real & easy meal that I had for lunch today (but can totally be eaten whenever 😊). I had a bowl of cream of buckwheat (low fodmap whoop whoop 🙌🏼 ) topped with @kweenandco pumpkin spice 🎃 granola butter and a cut up @squareorganics chocolate coated bar. I could have gone into this past weekends celebrations with a negative mind because I knew I probably wouldn’t feel the best after enjoy some treats my #SIBO normally wouldn’t allow me to but what would that change? The answer is NOTHING, SIBO isn’t going anywhere yes and negativity doesn’t get us anywhere 🙅🏼‍♀️. So I went in, enjoyed my time, sipped some wine, ate delicious food and most of all soaked in the time with my family and friends who took time out of their schedules to celebrate me and guess what it was a night I will never forget 🙌🏻♥️. 3️⃣0️⃣ is starting out A ok in my book!. . ᴀᴛᴛɪᴛᴜᴅᴇ and ᴍɪɴᴅsᴇᴛ are everything and if you ever catch yourself going into a situation with a negative mind you better take a second to reset or there is no way you are going to come out of it feeling good and in the end isn’t that the goal? So just remember we aways have control even when it may not feel like it ✅.

If there is anything we can do today, right now, it's to drink more water! 🚿 . . Sometimes diet, exercise and other lifestyle choices can be difficult to make everyday depending on planning and what's going on in our lives that day. We can't always help it if something needs to be pushed off or changed. Or sometimes we get lazy or cheat. Sometimes we forget our new habits. Or we just plain don't feel up to the challenge. Whatever it is, no one has to give up entirely on their day because everything wasn't perfect. Do the best you can. If that means just focusing on the low hanging fruits, then do that! . . Drink water if you can. It's good for the gut and you'll thank yourself later for it! I try to have big bottles on hand so I can see my progress. I try to fill them a couple times a day when I am at work. BAE-BAKE 👭 On Saturdays we (me & @life withjade) gym & cook yummy dishes then eat cake in bed 💖 After a delish brunch with the girls we whipped up an aubergine bake with crispy shredded beef & greens! ⬅️swipe for close ups of the bake! The bake is just 4 main ingredients (you can add extras for seasoning) & not only is it such a great healthy winter warmer but the entire dish cost less than £1.50 to feed two! The shredded beef was from Sainsbury’s & really great to be able to buy ready made coated meat that’s Low FODMAP. The beef to batter ratio is a little off but still yummy! Can’t wait to try it next with tacos or stir fry!
