For others who love to bake like me, I recommend browsing her other recipes! Many are low FODMAP and many more that are not low FODMAP as is can be so with very minor modification. Several use small amounts of coconut flour but would otherwise be safe- in the ones I have tried I've used either green banana flour or light buckwheat flour (milder flavor than the dark buckwheat flour) in place of coconut flour and they've turned out well!

I had no idea when I started this account and my blog that I would make such an amazing support network - I can honestly say I have made some really good friends who have helped me more than I ever thought was possible.
When I started the low Fodmap diet I felt alone as I did not know a single person on the diet but over time and through Instagram I have found other people who also have food intolerances and allergies and understand what I am going through. Half way through the week and I'm loving my overnight oats this week. Making my breakfast the night before makes mornings so much easier it's ready it's prepared and I'm not rushing around trying to make something or trying to think of what I can have so having it prepared means I can sit down eat properly without rushing or stressing what to pick which makes a massive difference to the start of my day and potential IBS symptoms from creaping in and oats are so yummy and good for you and so versatile! Today Ive added mine to some coconut yogurt from @kokodairyfree
new dairy free milks which I'm loving love the fact they are literally simple ingredients no extra rubbish additives sugar and no weird things that make other milks last for ages (I always wonder what are they putting in long life milk make it last so long?!) Then topped with frozen blueberries (frozen is so much easier means they keep fresh and preparing the night before means they will be defrosted by morning! And sprinkled with some freeze dried strawberries just because I wanted to !

SPICY LEMON GRASS BEEF STRIPS 😋😋😋. Here’s a super quick way to cook up some tasty beef strips! Simply toss all of the ingredients onto a baking tray and grill in the oven for 3-4 minutes 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 Serve with rice and vegetables, rice noodles and salad or roll them up in a rice paper roll! The full recipe is below 👇🏽 Enjoy! 😘😘😘 INGREDIENTS
1 packet of grass fed beef strips (approx 400g)
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp siracha sauce
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 lemon grass stalk (finely chopped)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chilli flakes
1. Heat your oven to 200 degrees celsius.
2. On a lined baking tray, mix all of the ingredients together. Place in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to let all of flavours soak into the beef.
3. Grill beef strips in the oven for 3-4 minutes 👌🏽
