Ants on a log!! Our absolute favorite snack as children.....and still as adults. 😍 Celery is a wonderful way to add hydration, minerals, and fiber to your diet. Mix that with any nut butter of your choice and top with ants......we mean raisins! 😉
Today’s quick lunch while taking a break from test driving cars (thankfully I think we finally made a decision and when I say we I mean I lol): couscous and pasta salad. This is very carb heavy and not the healthy type like veggies. I’m normally the one sticking to a paleo diet but lately I’ve just been trying to eat whatever is quick and easy and semi healthy. Being a mom is HARD frieking work and trying to make healthy meals 24/7 makes the job next to impossible. Something has to give!! Once Emma is napping a bit longer at a time and sleeping more than 3-4 hours at night I’m sure life will seem a bit easier. TIL then, I’ll just hang on for dear life.
