for many years, now that i'm getting back on it i feel like sharing some tips. Tips that i've came accross from reading works from dudes way smarter than me ... dudes with PHD's , published books and a whole lot of other jazzy shit.
Only i'm giving you the quick version, and not trying to sell anyone shit.

average fiber and lots of nuts wich are satifying but can be tempting to over eat... preferbly avoid peanuts because they're beans not nuts and pack antinutrients -2nd #leangains
whole nuts get substituted with #nutbutter
... wich is calorie dense as fuck & has lower carb to calorie (fat) and protein ratio....most importantly tho its easily absobed because its easy to digest and wont make your shits look like #EXTRAcrunchyJiff
.. again avoid peanuts.... almond butter is aight but the best stuff is #pecanbutter
for their omega fatty content .. might need a #foodproccessor

... a super cut tho with just lean protein and vegies.
probably the hardest to commit to and also might lead to muscle loss if done for too long ... and likely to temp you to binge on carbs.....because sugar is like crack and craving fat is only a thing when eating fatty cuts of meat.... very diffrent from lusting for donuts
