is Hard and Fast, usually up to 10 different exercises and 30 sec rest periods, 3 large sets, minimal cardio and no fasted cardio, but HIT after every workout, and abs everyday, using a lot of energy and eating good meals, not cutting any stage soon, but excited to see if my body will make big changes 💕🙏🏻 .
