You don't know how to prioritize your health?
Change how you view your health. Change how you view the time spent on your own health. Change priorities around.
Here is how you can start. Make a list of everything you are responsible for in your life on a daily basis. Take that list and break it in to 3 groups. Group A, B and C.
A: Items that only you CAN do. Nobody can do them for you even if you ask for help.
B: Items that are important but not vital to the day. If it doesn't get done it does not stop anything else from happening.
C: Items that you can get help with.
Start working on those A items first and then B. If there is time left work on C.
Your health should be in that A list. Nobody can work out for you, can eat your food for you, can give you the rest you need.

When taking personal inventory, you address YOUR role in every relationship and situation in life and events. It's only then that you see how your role in the failure and success in each situation or relationship played a part.

Anyone Else ready to Rock Out this coming up WEEK?! 🙌🏻 Here is a List of things to do on a Sunday that will make your week a more productive one ☝️ •Make a TO-DO List (don’t worry if’s it’s in order or not; just get it down)
•SCHEDULE family appointments, kids after school activities, meetings and other things in your planner ( I have a planner and a dry erase board in my kitchen and change it out every Sunday) I even recommend an app called FamCal in which you can have your entire family schedule right at the tip of your fingers and share it with others in your home. •Give MEAL PREP a Go! If your on our program you can take a look at the cooking show, Pick out 3-4 major recipes for dinner (especially ones that can have leftovers), make a shopping list and send the hubby out to Shoprite 😂 (or have a grocery store delivery service send it to your house) •Set Aside your OUTFITS for you and Your Kids for the week ( I’ve seen DAYS OF THE WEEK bins set up in a toddlers room; each bin had an outfit for their toddler to grab and get dress without them giving you a hard time about what to wear.
•PLAN out your Workouts for the week (this is extremely simple when using our on-line portal; each program gives you a schedule on what body part to work that day) •LESSON PLAN (if your a school teacher lesson planning on Sunday nights when the kids go to bed saves me my entire week of work; no running around, no hassle, no anxiety about this new program and what the kiddies should be learning. •Get to bed EARLY so you can CRUSH your miracle morning the next day!! This for me is something I do almost every night...I need my 😴
Try to give these Sunday Habits a Go that way you can face Monday feeling a little less anxious.

Don’t get me wrong! Long weekends are great (and necessary) but can make the short week that follows them stressful if you rely on the hours of that extra day. ⠀
Give yourself a break. Make a list 📝 today, so you can start back Monday morning with a bang! Categorize the items you did not complete by most important. Once you have listed everything that must be done first, you’ll know where to dive in when you get back! AND you won’t be carrying your stress into the weekend. #Advice
The other day I was overcome with discouragement. I was a mess. I did a RIM session on myself. My inner self instructed me to make a list of all the things I had accomplished in my life, all the way back to my earliest recollection of success. Here is how it started and ended: 1st place in an art contest in second grade, winning a trip to Washington DC in 10th grade, many 4-H victories in clothing . . . raising two of the most outstanding humans I know, selling my clothing company to someone who is going to take it to new places, writing and publishing a book, Life Transformed: 6 Steps to a Future Beyond Your Imagination.
I am feeling much better now. .
