Should you train when you’re ill?
There’s not a right answer. Previously I would of trained through anything.. and I’ve picked up more niggles from the days when my heads not fully in it than any other time.
I want to be able to train the way I do for a long time, I have a lifetime to grow and push myself! Being fully on when I’m on and getting back to that asap is way more valuable.
My time was much better spent playing around with dangerous looking massage tools and mobility!
Or maybe I need to stop being a princess?! 👸🏼
