HAPPY FRIDAY! I don't know about you but I am beyond excited that its mango season 👐 for those counting your MACROS - calories 236, protein 1g, carbs 35g, fat 0g. I know I'll be eating at least one a day this season!
some squishy + reduced (but perfectly fine really) mangos ...frozen + then blended with absolutely nothing else + topped with 🥥 soooo good!! They were so ripe + naturally sweet...the best mango sorbet ever...guilt free 😜🙊😋

My choices are by no means perfect but I am very grateful for the knowledge I’ve gained and continue to learn along the way.
Keep in mind, it’s really hard to change your eating habits when you’re a tired new mum.
I really thought I would have time to cook a bunch of new recipes in the early months but the list is still sitting in a book somewhere.
So the best time to improve your eating habits is before you fall pregnant. That way, healthier eating becomes your normal.
