Workouts with my baby boy! Can’t find the words to explain this but trying to enjoy time with my baby boy as much as I can. These exercises are fun and plus it’s a bonding time between my and him. Especially with 2 other siblings want to take the limelight most of the time. Anyways workouts are workouts and whenever I get the chance I take it and run with it. Considering how I have not been able to workout the past 3 1/2 weeks including fasting for my religion. However you have to make the time no matter the circumstances. No excuses because it’s your mind vs. YOU. Take the time out of your day: go for a walk, or maybe take the kids out and do some activities. Some sort of activity will get your blood pumping and have your heart racing to speed the process of any burning calories. Let’s get to it and remember it is tough but if you put your mind to it then it will all the difference.. let’s start this journey from bottom and build it to the very top. Like we’re climbing Mt. Everest.

(“Not-your-cheese”)-smack anyone who takes that nachos because it’s yours and claim it ! That’s what I did and loved every bit of it.. hey if it sound like its not theirs then put insurance on it. Now let’s get downchos and cheesy. Get it? Nevermiiiind.
