Let it be known that I’m looking for a few combat athletes that want 100% effective training techniques. If you practice Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, or Wrestling I can help you. I will change you. It’s possible online but I’d prefer in person. I’ve only worked with a handful of people that trained with me consistently and they’re doing pretty damn good in competition right now. Cross round kick teep and knee. After working combos with switch cross. Will get some better video rest of week. We had a group of 3 with big guys so I alternated held pads for them during different rounds.
