7 series 20 reps domina libre el frente lentas. (Siempre caliento con dicho ejercicio)
6 biseries de press con máquina 20 peso maximo y muy lentas cuidando técnica alternado con mancuerna 15 reps ( en cada serie vamos subiendo peso en cada serie)
6 biseries de press tras nuca barra en máquina en smith (de pie) invertido peck fly 18 reps maximo lentas (manteniendo isometria 5seg por repetición) Con mancuernas de 10 a 15 lbs.
Al finalizar 5 series de 25 reps laterales rectas y levantamiento al frente dando presión 3 seg medima contracción a fallo muscular.
Al finalizar #dropset

Hi guys hope you’ve all had a great weekend! Back at it today with a Full Body session under the belt. This is a short clip of one the exercises: Cable Chest flys to Chest Press! 💪🏻🔥
I saw @shaunstafford
do this one a while back and not done it in a while! Great exercise to isolate the chest in different angles, you also get a good pump!!
Session as follows:
1. Warm up:
500m Row/Foam rolling/ barbell complex
1a) Squat Clean 4x6
2a) RDL (Stiff leg deadlift) 4x8
3a) Barbell Bench Press 4x12-10-8-6 (increasing weight each set)
4a) Cable Chest flys to Chest Press (video) 4x8
5a) Weighted Pull Ups 4x6
5b) Weighted Dips 4x6
Took me just over 1 hour to do! Save it and give this session a go! 💪🏻🔥
If you are unfamiliar with Squat Cleans I would suggest doing Dumbbell Goblet Squats or Barbell Front Squats 👍🏻🤓

Takmer pred rokom som prišla za Matiasom ako malý gulatý blatový marshmallow v nie ideálnom stave - ani po fyzickej ani po psychickej stránke. Vďaka jeho vedomostiam sme dali zdravie dokopy, nádherne sme vylepšili a skvalitnili formu a hlavne dali dokopy aj psychiku 🙏 Dnes už chystáme formu na pódium a chceme z toho vytrieskať maximum 💪💣 som mu neskutočne vďačná, že mi pomohol k lepšej verzii seba samej a sľubujem, že sa budem snažiť nesklamať a dám do toho všetko! Chcela som zmenu a zistila som, že dokážem aj nemožné, ak som dostatočne odhodlaná, trpezlivá a vytrvalá..lebo o tom to je. Pokroky v tomto športe sa nedejú zo dňa na deň. Chce to čas a tvrdú drinu. ☝️

Super fancy glute training! Am I fitness yet?😂 Don’t get caught up in exercises that look extremely complicated. “They’re super hard to do, so they must work right?” Any movement done will eventually cause fatigue no matter what. You have to make sure you follow the number one rule when it comes to strength training: Specificity
Squats/Hip Thrusts on a Bosu Ball are perfect...if you plan on doing them on a boat in the middle of the ocean, or on a mechanical bull.
Unstable training greatly reduces overload to the point of dipping far below the threshold for any adaptations. Your nervous system focuses on making sure you don’t fall, rather than exerting maximal force in the movement being performed.
Stick to the basics, train specifically for your goals and make sure you’re implementing some type of overload. I’ll get to the excessive band work later. 😜

Abs/Core Training💪🏻🤓💪🏻 1️⃣What is its purpose?
Our core’s purposes is to protect our spine and internal organs from injury, not just during exercise but during all movement inside and outside the gym. There’s a large amount of muscle, fascia, and other tissues that hold everything in place. During squats and deadlifts, the main goal of the core is to not allow any movement of the trunk through isometric contraction (bracing before the lift begins). 2️⃣Do you need to do it?
If you are not having any issues maintaining an erect spine during all your compound lifts (i.e. Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Hip-Thrusts) then you might not need to change much in your training. However, if you do find your form begin to break down and have a bit of back pain during your lifts, the core and a few other variables can be the issue. A couple things you can do is to begin to add exercises that challenge your core a little bit more i.e. barbell rows, front loaded squats, Romanian deadlifts.
3️⃣How do I get a six pack though?
The first thing we have to acknowledge is that genetics do play a role in what it takes get that chiseled six pack, or even some definition if that’s all you’re looking for. Some people might not need a whole lot of direct core work to see some definition. Lucky bastards. The second is that we have to make sure that we take care of its main function first! Don’t let that form break down! The third and probably the one that contributes the most is our body fat percentage. This is different for everyone and we cannot spot reduce body fat to one specific area. If you’re like me, then it will be the last place we lose that fat so we can see those suckers. 🤔My advice?
Get into a caloric deficit, hit the weights, maintain or even increase strength, and increase your activity level. After your body fat is low enough you will see them for sure. If you want more definition after you see them, then we can implement some isolation exercises.

Set yourself a goal and I mean never give up until you have achieved it!✨👙💪🏼🏆 In January I decided I was going to take on the challenge of competing in NIFMA! I myself didn’t realise how much work, time and effort really does go into prepping for comp😳 the amount of dedication, sacrifice and will power you need to have is x100!! I myself didn’t stop fully living my life throughout prep I still had some nights out, I was on holidays.. but I also had some obstacles that got in the way.. but I never let it stop me from reaching my goal which no matter what I looked like was to get to the stage!!👙👙 Mick and Maura guided me through this whole prep like I was their child💕 and without them and they’re encouragement when I wanted to pack it all in I wouldn’t have done it!💪🏼 but prepping for a comp takes so much mentality and strength.. it is so hard on your mind.. you are against you constantly and you are your own worst enemy at the same time🙄 and still to this very moment I don’t think I was good enough for the stage!
