The food choices you make will see you reaching your goals. You have to make the right choices or you will not see the results you want. You also have to be ready to start, I mean really ready! When I work with my clients I give them a plan which lays out the healthiest foods to eat to give them the best results. It is up to them If they follow it or not, but, I let them know that they cannot lay blame with me if they do not try to make changes. For you to see change you have to change. After a meeting with my thesis advisor this morning, I couldn’t help but reflect on how the universe truly has had my back this year ✨ And the quote, “Sometimes when you’re in a dark place you think you’ve been buried, but you’ve actually been planted.” came to mind again. . The beginning of 2018 started with heart ache, turmoil, and confusion while I worked through immense life changes. I felt lost, personally, and in relation to the universe. . Now I see and feel everything coming together just as it’s meant to. I’m BEYOND excited to continue this momentum into the new year✨ . So if you’re feeling lost right now, just take it one day at a time and follow your gut. You’ll get where you’re meant to go. In the meantime though, make sure to put your mental health and physical health first. Without those at the top of your priority list, you’ll struggle to get yourself out of the negative situation. . Hey guys 👋🏻, So I thought I might do a little update. Lately I haven’t been to the gym in a little bit or not making much healthy choices but a lot has been happening lately within my mental health. These last couple weeks have been so stressful as me because as well know Christmas is less then a month away and it’s actually my first Christmas alone this year which sucks. And all days normally involve appointments non stop. My sleep is so messed up two so when I’m in my appointments I’m physically tired then I come out mentally tired as I’ve been talking about what’s been happening and 80% of the time I’m crying as we’ll. I’m not my best self & I hate it so much. But as of either Monday or Tuesday next week I’m going to try get back into going to the gym. I know I wanna keep pushing though this. I wanna be able to reach my goal and be happy within myself. But just wanted to update everyone. So proud of Laura Bell what fantastic results in only 10 PT sessions. Started on 12 October 2018 and had the last of 10 this morning. I advised Laura in relation to nutrition as well as exercise. No diets or gimmicks in obtaining these results. Making a few changes to your daily diet can give fantastic results long term. A healthier lifestyle is all that is required along with exercise 3-4 times a week if possible where you can fit it in. Laura was only able to exercise 2-3 times a week. She gave up eating sugar and sweet foods every day but still had a naughty treat once in a while. You don’t need to give up everything you enjoy, just eat it in moderation. It’s been a pleasure working with you and can’t wait to continue classes in two weeks. ****🍑🍑UPDATE🍑🍑**** Still over here just tryin to grow a bigger stronger 🍑ass. As I scroll through I see sooooo many people (woman especially) doing ALL kinds of glute work and some of them actually have nice asses (no leg muscle to speak of 🤔) but bigs butts none the less. But DO NOT be mistaken there is only a couple ways to truly grow your glutes especially if your genetic predisposition is to have a flat one. ☝️ You MUST consistently train and overload them just like any other muscle in the body. You DO not need to do tons of fancy shit or fancy equipment. Just hard ASS work with tried and true exercises that specifically target the booty. Deadlifts,B.B. squats and lunges are staples in any ass growing regime. ✌️ The second part to growing a butt and this is as important as the first if NOT MORE important. YOU MUST EAT. Sorry ladies no way around that. The glute muscles just like all other muscles in our bodies NEED calories to grow lean MASS. You can NOT and Will not get a juicy booty by routinely starving yourself and/or bingeing in random intervals. This is FACT. I don’t care how many angles you can hit on the gram it’s not fooling anyone. If your goal is to grow the donk you MUST put in the WERK. Consistently training and eating well. It’s so simple yet so hard for peeps to accept and initiate. Okay, truth bomb time. Time is this made up construct humans created. Therefore being “busy” is also this made up thing that’s all in our head. . Plus, everyone’s idea of being “busy” is different. So how can we all be busy if we’re not even talking about the same thing? Hint: we’re not. . Here are my top 5 tips to BATTLE THROUGH THE B-WORD. . 1. Every Sunday take 5 minutes to do a “brain dump” and write out all your obligations you have the upcoming week. By getting it out on paper you stop yourself from constantly thinking about everything you have to do. . 2. Make a list... and stick to it! 3. GET OFF OF SOCIAL MEDIA. Seriously, right now go to your insta profile. Head to settings and then click “Your Activity” and see how many hours a day you’re on your Instagram app... if it’s more than an hour, then you can’t be that busy because you’ve wasted an hour on insta 🙃 4. Give yourself grace. Some days you’ll be more productive than others, and that’s OKAY! Just try to manage your “busy” better the next day. . 5. Remember that there’s always someone “busier” than you, doing what you want to do. . Busy is a made up concept. Don’t get sucked in. That is all. #TRUTHBOMBSFROMSHAE
