Ketosis, (Using A high Fat Diet for fuel), is a great way to lean out and still eat delicious food like 🥓, meats, 🧀, Pork Rinds, and all kinds of other goodies all while dropping body fat! The downside is that I am not actively building muscle as of now, however, being leaner allows you to look more toned and defined(muscular). So I’m ok with that for the summer. 😎 🏖 ☀️ 🏊♂️ 😂

Andrew came to me a few months back with a clear goal of losing weight he had got to a stage of his life where he knew he needed to change.
I devised a plan to suit his body and goals with 2 sessions per week with me and 2 high intense cardio sessions on his own also with a home core workout to be completed daily.
Over the course of 6 weeks Andrews strength increased dramatically with also significant fat loss his weight went from 13’6 to an incredible 12 stone his attitude throughout was 1st class and saw massive improvements physically but more importantly mentally.
Our plan was initially devised for 12 weeks unfortunately due to work commitments we got to week 7 before we had to finish I know now Andrew has the knowledge and self determination to keep at it and reach further goals set out .
Well done Andrew very proud of how far you have come as a person over this past 7 weeks(just keep doing what your doing)

A cool-down provides the body with a smooth transition from exercise back to a steady state of rest.
The overarching goal of a cool-down is to reduce heart and breathing rates, gradually cool body temperature, return muscles to their optimal length-tension relationships, prevent venous pooling of blood in the lower extremities, which may cause dizziness or possible fainting, and restore physiologic systems close to baseline.
