The past couple of weeks I’ve been considering to not continue with my prep..🙈 I was reading about how OTHER people had gotten on with their prep and the after math they had of it... and it was really starting to put me off😬 BUT then I remembered that I am my own person and I am a strong little lady! I remembered why I started in the first place😌 and I told myself that I can do this! I can get through this battle every step of the way!🏋🏼♀️ seeing progress in my body has made me 110% more sure that I can do this aswell no matter how hard it gets 😅 and it’s even better when I have the support of amazing people around me😌 so lady’s never give up!
