Monday after a weekend away calls for a refrigerator Restock! Went to my 2 favs, Aldi and Publix to grab all these goodies! Lots of fresh veggies and fruits that I plan to pair with lean proteins, plant based carbs and healthy fats! Got my meal plan all ready to go to get back on track this week! . . Having a meal plan is so key for me to staying on track. As my girl Rachel Hollis always says, Hope is not a strategy. If you just hope that you make good decisions with all the healthy foods you have in her house, you’re doomed for failure. Have a plan, prep healthy snacks that you can easily grab, pre prep what you can do dinners, and don’t keep tempting foods in the house! At least that’s what has helped me! . . BACK AT THE GYM after this crazy weekend! I legit went to Lowe’s 5 times on Saturday 😂 Homeownership has really been an interesting thing I must say! Happy to be back at the gym this morning and back in routine! I want to post as reminder, packing up a house and eating out because there’s no dishes to be found in the cabinets does not mean you need to dive off the deep end. Although I have not been eating the very best I could be, I’m still watching what I eat for sure! No pizza, cheeseburgers, chinese food or any of that. I’ve worked my ASS off to get where I’m at and I’m not going to quit now no matter what “excuses” I have. This is a lifelong commitment and I’m 100% committed for life. ♥️ #lifestylechange
