Haven’t posted a vegan food post in a while.. honestly I’ve been just so busy that I forget to take pictures of my food. 😭 so here’s my thoughts on this! Made it last night according to instructions and honestly... it’s bland. So I decided to try to marinate it and see if that helped.. and it did!! 😍😋 used a blend of Italian dressings and it was sooooo delicious!! 🤤 I made a “chicken” sandwich, and it tasted like the same damn thing!!! Of course, I forgot to take a picture of the final product, and it was gone within minutes.. 😂 safe to say I’ll be buying these again, since they’re pretty good with extra seasonings or some marinate/sauce (that I would probably add anyways) 🥪 #vegan #vegetarian #meatfree #meatlessme #veganfood #veganfoodie #delicious #creativefood

I honestly never thought I would go vegan prior to a year or two ago and even yet, the animals were not my first reason for it. However, I think a switch flips in you when you realize how unnecessary the entire animal agriculture system is.
There is definitely a difference and as the saying goes, actions speak louder than words! Love animals? Consider not raising them for an unnecessary and premature death and eating their flesh. 🌱💪

Been working on 5x5's with increasing added weight. At 35lbs added on belt so far (with my current 207 weight, pulling about 242). 5 on first 4 sets, 4 on the last one!
Up to 45 added weight once I get to full 5x5.
Hoping this increases strength and adds to body weight rep max! Anyone with other ways they up reps when they plateau?
