I was thinking what to write under this post and how to explain my new journey as a Spiritual Trainer and still running my company @anna_casa_interiors
as interior designer. Two passions with so many goals and commitments. As an interior designer my focus is more external, to create a beautiful and cozy home, to make the eye happy and give comfort to the new home owners. As a spiritual coach, I focus more on the internal issues of your mind and soul. Both jobs need a lot of creativity and deep understanding of people! #inpursuitofmagic

Walking the labyrinth with my soul fam at Omega Institute for the Rise Sister Rise, retreat. As I’m walking, the words, “my message matters” sunk into my soul. Nadie te hizo nada. Nunca. Si no soltás el rencor, el pasado, los reproches, lo que tu mente te hace creer que “te deben” o “te hicieron”, no vas a lograr ningún estado de paz sólido, ningún silencio profundo... Las cosas por las que culpás a otros no son más que reflejos de tus propias creencias, de lo que creías merecer en un momento dado de tu vida, de lo que creías que valías, por eso “los demás” vinieron sólo a confirmarte tu sentir por vos misma/o. Creaste las experiencias exactas y acordes a tu nivel de consciencia, a cada momento de tu camino.
Si creciste, si te ocupaste de elevar tu nivel de vibración y de amarte incondicionalmente, pues bien, ya no sos la/el misma/o a quien “le hicieron”, ya no necesitás que nadie venga a confirmarte cosas sobre vos porque ya no las crees. Por tanto, no creás esos vínculos ni esas experiencias nuevamente.
Así, lo mejor que podés regalarte es soltar el pasado que pesa y condiciona, que sólo te arma un velo a través del cual mirás el hoy sin poder abrazar lo que ES.
No se trata de hacer esfuerzos por “perdonar”. Perdonar es liberador, sí. Pero vamos más lejos. No hay nada que perdonar porque NADIE TE HIZO NADA. Soltá tu pasado y creá paz en tu presente. Paz sólida… paz de cimiento, paz basada sólo en vos, y no en las circunstancias.

Lack of time is a story I have been telling myself for years.⠀
It's more a matter of priorities.⠀
But meditating and journaling allow me to get more done and still manage to keep my shit together.⠀
Heck these last few months have been nothing short of incredibly full ON, I may have had me going bat stirr crazy if it wasn't for these magical tools.⠀
I think often people put too much pressure on it though.⠀
Allow it to flow, start small with just a few minutes of breathing and writing down a few thoughts and ideas in a notebook, it can look like whatever you want it to.⠀
If you feel stressed out and overwhelmed right now it's worth a try to feel calmer and more in control right?⠀
Once you start noticing the differences you want to do it more and more and you start making it a priority in your life.⠀
