So I did this thing.. where I went out like Thurs-Sun binge drinking and doing other unwholesome activities for a few months, straying away from my fitness journey.
NOW I’m doing this thing where I’m challenging myself to eat healthy/work out hard for two months while recording the process.
My body’s not where I want to be after a few months of going too hard with my good old friends🍻 So this is definitely out of my comfort zone since it’s more easy to share the after “perfection” but I wanted to share the “imperfect” side of my process each week!

In my opinion Lion Rock is the best viewpoint in Hong Kong. Really enjoy viewing the city from this place. 😎
