Day 21 (part 1) - Evaluation w/ Coach @mrhyde_xfarmy
AB came in at 16.6% BF (started at 19.4%). BY came in at 7.4% (started at 9.2%). Coach was pleased with the progress, and told us we were both right where we need to be. We practiced a little posing today, and implemented necessary changes to our protocol. We are both currently cutting, and each have a few more pounds to lose before we begin reverse dieting into our lean bulk. We are still very early in the process, but we’re both pumped for what’s to come. Gotta say we’ve got a Grade A coach in our corner with a plethora of knowledge, and true passion for this sport. Stay tuned, Team AB/BY is under construction!! 💯

Saying goodbye to summer, and reflecting on all of the great things that happened over the past 4 months. It’s no secret that this is my favourite season, and I feel that I flourished in a lot of ways in 2018. Now that fall is officially upon us, it’s time to transition and work towards the next goals. While I’m still nursing this injury, the first step for me is trying to figure out exactly what those goals are! What are you working towards? #😘
Trust where you are at right now. I know, this is not always an easy task but it is a must. Trust is not just a word we throw around just to make ourselves feel better. It’s a feeling. It’s a knowing that all is well, despite what it may look like to us or on the outside looking in. The situation you are finding yourself in currently has been brought to you through previous manifestations. It’s all good. You know this already.
If you’re feeling tested at this time, or seeing/in the midst of something you feel is out of your control, trust. The Universe/God is bringing you people/circumstances to assist your growth. You may not be able to control others, but you can control yourself and have faith in the Cosmos. Show it a new vibration, a new perspective, a new reaction and watch how things begin to shift. starts to appear when you are being presented with new opportunities and beginnings that align you with your life mission. It could be people, courses online, experiences etc. I’ve been seeing it a lot lately and I know it’s because new opportunities for my spiritual growth are appearing in my life.
I’ve been asked lately to give my insight on how to open up your intuition and follow its guidance. Being someone who’s always been highly psychic and intuitive, it’s sometimes difficult for me to explain what and how I do it. I compare the feeling of a psychic download to something like this: imagine being stuck in traffic. Your phone is dead and you REALLY need to call your friend to give them an exciting news. But then you can’t. THAT feeling.
I think first and foremost, you must learn to slow down and listen. To me, it’s like a switch or a veil. It’s like I can automatically ground myself, gather my energy and see/feel. This being said, I get downloads or “see” in my third eye without needing to do anything, hence why I tend to keep to myself at events, gatherings and am super picky about who I spend time with. I get tired easily and need to be alone to recharge.
With time, I’ve been able to differentiate “good” energy and “bad” energy. Neither is actually good or bad in truth, it’s more so like this is “yes” and this is “no”. It’s a truth, an inner-knowing and it does not come from my ego or outside validation/circumstances. Im able to sense or see things in my third eye that I cannot explain, then I get a yes or no feeling.
Being in nature, limiting your exposure to chemicals, engaging/being in positive environments, being mindful of what you consume such as foods/movies/music/television are all but a few things that influence you subtly or not. It’s never too early or too late to make changes that support your spiritual growth and well-being.

With self-love you put yourself first 😍 With selfishness there is no room for anyone else 🙄

♡ When someone practices self love. They don't allow people to manipulate or control them.
♡ You feel respect for yourself
♡ Self- love is when you have a conviction of who you are and don't need the approval of anyone else to love and respect yourself.
♡ Self- love helps you to recognize the people you need to walk away from that don't share the same values or don't respect you.

Eats, roots & leaves 🌿
After a yoga retreat in Ibiza last summer, where I learned how much more easily our bodies can digest fruit and vegetables compared to meat, I started incorporating more vegetables and more plant based food into my diet. I haven’t gone fully veggie (I still crave a good steak and love to eat fresh fish, especially on holiday) but In the past year and a half, I have overhauled my lifestyle and one consequence of this is that I pay more attention to the needs of my body. If I eat well, I find that I have more energy, my skin is better, I sleep better and generally feel better within myself. It is a cliche but nourishing your body from the inside out really does work, so in honour of the autumn equinox I made this delicious grain bowl full of root vegetables and deliciousness. .

~✨MINDFUL EATING✨~ Even during fall, freshpressed orangejuice is beautiful 🍂🦔💕 This one I enjoyed last week when my stomach needed a break. Remember to take care of yourself and really listen to what your body needs - not the mind. The choc from last weekend have shown to be an awekening of an connection between body and soul and an overview of how my mind works. I’ve never been as connected to my body as now. Even when I like today and yesterday had not healthyfoods I feel a natural controle of it, where it doesn’t feels like it’s controling me. And I’ve not been struggling with eating very healthy between the not so healthy foods. And I recognize how my mind can get ideas and can be confused because of my past with food - even as a baby and how that have had an effect on my food-relationship and how it became worse when older, when my body showed how imbalanced it was through pcos. I now listen to my body for real. I take it slow and easy - I don’t overdo anything. And I love it and appreciate it more now than before, which is quite of an suprise for me. I really want my body to be happier - I want us to work together. No more wars. I did this before, but now I feel it throughout my being. I feel a love for myself and my body. THIS is the difference 💕 And I see how my mind can be confused because of my past, which have confused it all. But it’s not needed anymore. When I intuitively listens to the self and the body I get all the answers all the time. I sense it needs fruit - especially melon, oranges and grapes. A bit of nicecream, but not too much as it will be too heavy for now. And seeds is good too. Also a lot of boiled/ steemed vegetables. So I’m making a lot of just vegetablesoups. I’m not afraid of eating vegetablebroth, soysauce etc. I can eat it in my soups - as long as I don’t overdo it, as with everything 💖 And then eating smaller portions ofter is right now better than few large ones 💕 it might change over time, but for now this feels right ✨
