Train hard, eat harder 😁❗️ Had a chat yesterday with someone that doesn’t like “diet food”....you know the kind of food that either amounts to a grain of dust or tastes like something you shouldn’t be eating 😳. I know because I used to do but now I just eat...I actually eat more than I used to and this morning was no different. After training chest and back last night protein and veggies for breakfast was a must.
3 whole eggs, mushroom, tomatoes, onions and kale cooked in cold pressed extra Virgin coconut oil for those much needed medium chain triglycerides (MCTs)...”when MCTs are absorbed into the blood stream, they bypass the digestion process that longer chain fats go through. Gisteravond had ik paardrijles. Iedere week les ik op een van mijn paarden. Terwijl ik al bijna 30 jaar paardrij blijf ik leren.
Hondeneigenaren nemen hun hond en zijn gedrag vaak voor lief en doen hun dagelijkse ding en verdwijnen in de waan van alledag. Zij trainen vaak niet meer en nemen het trekken aan de lijn, het overmatig blaffen, uitvallen naar andere honden, niet luisteren of ander probleemgedrag voor lief. Zo is de hond nu eenmaal.

I love a Tuesday coz just gives me a reason to post my favourite #transformation

I enjoy taking progress photos even when I don’t look great in them, I take this as a message telling myself that I have a lot to improve and I’m working towards my goals, one step at a time. .
Photo on the left was taken on 20 Feb, I was already working out 4 times a day for over a month. If you went back to see my 1 month PP photo you would notice NOT much had changed. I would be lying if I told you I never doubt myself during this journey - the truth is I did, a lot of times. .
BUT, I NEVER QUIT. .
It is hard when you’ve been putting efforts into something and not seeing returns, however, it is EVEN HARDER if you give yourself up and knowing that you are not being the best of you - it’s like a mental torture. So it was a simple choice, I chose my hard to continue and kept telling myself that I would definitely see results, just need to keep going, coz GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME. .
And here we are, the photo on the right was taken this morning, it looks like I’m wearing the same pants but actually it’s a size smaller lol. I’m back to UK size 6, which is my size before I was pregnant, I’m back to the old me ✌🏼and I couldn’t be happier about myself. .
We’ve heard a lot from other people in our life telling us not to give up, but the true powerful message has to come from ourselves - don’t give up on yourself. Also a daily motivation for myself, “Don’t ever doubt yourself. You can do anything you put your mind to. All you have to do is believe in you.”

We feel like we need justification to make moves, that somehow we need enough information, others opinions, people who've done it before... all we really need to follow is our own gut feeling, that niggling inside us that makes us wonder if things could be different. They can and they will if you let them... So much of change is us getting out of our own way, letting go of fear and allowing for the fluidity of life to flow through us. This is not easy and I believe we need to identify where we are in this process first, what is keeping us in a place of fear so we can start to work through those past and present issues and be able to step into the future we want.
Working through those issues is about being honest with yourself, what or who has held you back and why are you so willing to believe them?
Through identifying these you can then work on being in alignment with your goals... Please make that first step, identify your blocks, doubts and fears so you can learn to hear your voice inside, your guidance that tells you its time, it's time to move..

Today we challenge you to make a list of 5 things about yourself you are proud of! 5 things that make you, you. And be proud of that. 😄

When we want to succeed and keep growing we can not allow the new disease to take over us and stop us. 🛑
This new disease is high contagious and can spread and once contaminated it spreads to every part of your life. Once you are effected it can be caught by others and is extremely difficult to eradicate. 🤒
Be warned the disease of laziness is real and is killing hundreds and thousands of dreams a day. 🤮
Be brave be courageous and fight the disease by getting up and getting going, the way to cure is by taking action and instead getting contaminated with the fire within to keep moving forward, to keep taking action, to live life to the fullest. 🔥🔥🔥 There is lots of people that will need support guidance and inspiration to get out of the lazy ways, they just have to reach out and ask 🤝
