Spicy Mint Lemon Red Pepper Hummus 🌿🍋🌶 So easy to make!
1 tin chickpeas
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp cumin
1 tablespoon tahini
1 small bunch mint (enough for garnish)
Garnish with Hot Red Pepper Flakes
Mince mint leaves with 2 cloves of garlic and a splash of oil in food processor. Scoop out and refrigerate.
Rinse out the processor and mince the remaining clove. Squeeze in the juice of the 2 lemons and let the garlic soak for a few minutes.
Add the spices and tahini and blend.
Drain chickpeas and add them to the processor. While blending, remove the pusher component and pour olive oil through the feed tube until well blended (about a tablespoon). Serve hot or at room temperature.
Garnish with mint, red pepper, and a drizzle of o.v.
