When temperatures rise we naturally drink water more than usual. It is so important to drink enough everyday no matter the weather. We need to replace our fluid losses to avoid dehydration, but for many other reasons. Our body is composed of 60% water and we need to drink to maintain the balance of bodily fluids. Water can also control calories, energise muscles, and embellish the skin. Finally it helps maintain normal bowel function and supports our kidneys in their cleansing function of toxins. I personally add some mint leaves or cucumber slices in my water and keep it in the fridge. Do what you can to make it a little less plain!
It occurred to me that even though sheep, rams and lambs are one of my most favorite to make, I really make them unfairly rarely. Maybe because most dear things need more of your heart and you save them for special moments?
