In the meantime here’s our favorite Pomegranate Martini recipe!
Just shake .5 oz Sonoma Syrup Pomegranate Infused Simple Syrup, 3 oz vodka, .25 to .5 oz lime juice, and a dash of cointreau with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with a sparkling wine float. Garnish with a thin slice of lemon and enjoy!

I came up with my first homemade shrub to highlight the pairing of ginger and rhubarb. I hope I made @elementshrub

Ginger Rhubarb Shrub
• .5 lb. Rhubarb
• .25 lb. Ginger
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Chop the rhubarb and ginger and combine with ingredients in a sauce pan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil then simmer on low. Stir occasionally for another 10 minutes (the rhubarb should look pretty mushy by the end). Pour the mixture through a large strainer, bottle then store in the fridge.

🙌🏻 It’s no secret I have been a fan of the NYC location but this Denver location is special in it’s own way. It’s like D&C did a takeover of an equally amazing boutique hotel. It’s hard to put the full experience into words because it starts with breakfast (and breakfast cocktails) and service continues all the way through the evening into a late night menu. To watch the lobby transform from a bright day drinking spot to a darker moody spot at night is simply incredible. The D&C team nailed it with this one and I can’t wait to share the footage with you!!! 👍🏻

I wanted a spin on a classic that brings out all the flavors of rum that I love, vanilla, nutmeg, pepper, chocolate, everything that makes rum great! This is a backyard sipper for sure, something that everyone can enjoy.
1 oz Bacardi 8 Year Aged Rum @bacardi
1 oz Monkey Spiced Rum @monkeyrum
.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
.5 oz Montenegro Amaro @amaromonte
2 Dashes @thebittertruthcompany
Orange Twist to garnish
