1️⃣banded jumping jacks (activates the glutes and gets your heart rate up)
2️⃣ glute raises with hip abduction
3️⃣a) travelling squats
b) banded travelling squats
4️⃣a) rear foot elevated split squat
b) jumping rear foot elevated split squat
5️⃣ a)lunges with slight forward lean
b) jumping lunges with slight forward lean
b) jumping squats
7️⃣a) cursty lunges
b) curtsy lunge pulses
8️⃣core work! -when you tighten up the core it allows for the illusion of a bigger booty!!
