What you must always remember is the word: #MODERATION
. They say too much of everything is bad but, too little is sometimes very bad, as well. Hence, the concept of #balanced
Whatever you chose to eat, be #moderate
. Have little of this, little of that, some of those, and vary content by the day and weeks.
Do NOT eat ONLY one thing because they said it's good or avoid everything because they can be bad. If it is NOT poisonous and you are NOT allergic to it, have some once in a while. And that is #Nutrition101
