I have to admit that Mojito has always been my favourite cocktail. I just love the combination of lime and mint. If you do too, you have to try this recipe! A coconut cream-based lime mint mousse with just 4 ingredients! Ready in no time. All you need is a blender.
Mojito mousse recipe:
1 can of coconut milk
5 leaves of mint
Chill coconut milk in the fridge to separate coconut cream (white part on top). Blend coconut cream with zest and juice of 1 lime and 1 date to a fluffy mousse consistency. Chop mint leaves into pieces and add to mousse. Keep in the fridge until it’s time for dessert. Enjoy!
